Excellent service

First time using this company but have to say we won’t be using anyone else in the future. Booking was simple, good communication from the company about all aspects and when we got back we had a text letting us know our car was ready by 6.25am. When we self disembarked it was a nice easy transition from ship to car, within 20mins we were driving home. Cannot fault the service delivered by this company at all.

Dependable Service

Very easy to book on line. We had clear instructions how to proceed to the port and email communications as to our arrival at the car park.
At the end of the holiday another email was receive informing us our car was ready for the collection.
Car park staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Would recommend.

Port parking

First time using parking4cruises and was really happy with their service. A very simple handover process. Sailed with P&O so location is ideal, and prices extremely competitive. I was very happy with the whole experienceI will definitely use Parking 4 cruises when I sail away from Southampton in the future. No hesitation in recommending them

I used parking for cruises this year and was really glad I did .They are reasonably priced and offer a great service,no problems ,my car was taken away and then returned right when I needed it

Port parking

Staff were on hand at the right time. Very friendly, and a very simple handover process. Location is ideal, and prices extremely competitive. I have used this firm before and am very happy with the whole experience, as I receive regular updates before ( and during) my cruise. I will definitely use Parking 4 cruises when I sail away from Southampton in the future.

Good Service

Meet and greet was good and my car was there on my return ready to drive away.
The only problem I had was that the destination postcode sends you in the wrong direction when entering the port..
Generally it was a great service and good price..

Need more signs and correct postcode!

Staff onsite were great, friendly and informative- made that part of the process easy. Finding the car park was a challenge as the postcode given took us to the other end of the docks. Had to ask several people for help finding the small and not well sign posted area. That said now I know where I'm going would use again - the car was there nice and early after we disembarked.

Stress free service

This was our first cruise, so I was unsure of the best approach to take when staying in Southampton the night before departure. Ultimately, we decided to camp locally using our TentBox as we had a further stay in the UK, so we saved three nights in hotels by camping.

I chose P4C as my car was full of camping equipment, and the TentBox was on the roof. I wanted something secure to relax while we were on the ship.

Drop-off was so simple. In the morning, I got a text asking me to let them know when I was 30 minutes away. We called for a brew at Tesco and sent the text as we were leaving. On arrival at the port, we dropped our cases off and then drove to the short-stay car park. We quickly found the P4C spot and parked up. The car was checked and photographed, and I handed the keys over and headed for the departure area.

When we got back into port, I got a text to say the car was ready at 07:30. We walked back to the short-stay car park, checked the car over, and were away to our next location.

I have a tracker in my TentBox and can confirm that the storage location is 2.7 miles from the port.

We will be using again for our next cruise and would recommend 100%.

Excellent service

We received excellent service from Parking4cruises.
My wife was , unfortunately, taken ill whilst on a cruise. We contacted Parking4cruises about our luggage which we had to leave on the ship. They collected all our luggage from the ship when it docked in Southampton and put it all in our car.
Can’t recommend them enough.
