What an excellent service from booking to leaving car at beginning of cruise and collecting it at the end.
We were kept informed by email and text. We had to ring when 1/2 hour from Southampton. Someone was waiting for us. Photos taken of car and mileage confirmed. Set expectations of anticipated mileage as car parked elsewhere in secure campus. On pick up, text received to say car waiting for us. Car received back in perfect condition and no bird poo on it!!
After confirming receiving car back in same condition, we set off 15 minutes later. Definitely will use again

First time using this firm.Could not be easier they are in the short term car park.Leave your key they photo car and text you when ready for pick up around 8 in the morning of your arrival.Much cheaper than P O parking.Will use again.

When we arrived they inspected our car and took photographic ebeidencr
Then checked the mileage and explained there would be about 10 miles added as the car park was 5 miles away.
When we returned the car was ready to drive off

Good as always. Last minute change of terminal for disembarkation was no problem.

We have used this service the last two years at two different cruise port terminals at Southampton, and I cannot fault them. This year our disembarkation terminal was changed 24 hours before we docked, but my car was still brought to the right place for us to collect it. Very thorough checking of the vehicle and recording of mileage on arrival. My vehicle has a tracker and I could see it never moved after being parked by them until it was brought back for our return. We walked off the ship 8am collected luggage went to the car greeted by the cruise4parking rep, handed the keys told to check the car and mileage and we were on the road for 8.20. Don't think it could be better.

We have used the company every time we have cruised and they are so easy to work with, book, arrive on day after a text message with estimated time of arrival, park, cruise, text on day of docking disembark, walk across the road, collect car and drive home, what could be more simple.

The whole process from online booking to pre arrival communication were first class. Team at port very friendly and professional on arrival. Return process equally as positive, vehicle ready for our disembarkation and onward journey.

First time using parking4cruises and couldn't be more pleased, we dropped the car off at the allocated area which wasn't too far to walk to the terminal, pics and mileage recorded. On our return we waited a few minutes for the car to arrive (we paid standard as opposed to premium which are brought to the terminal parking area first apparently). Car was in perfect order and 8 miles recorded.
We will be using parking4cruises again next year. Recommend 💯.

Southampton Parking

I had booked a car parking space at Southampton, whilst my husband & I, with friends, were away on the Regal Princess, ( 4/16 September 25).
We can only say what a magnificent, organised deposit & collection service it was!
All the staff were very customer friendly, giving assistance & directions, excellent!
Would willingly recommend to anyone.

Cruise parking Southampton

This is the first time I have used Parking for cruises. It was quick and easy to book and when I arrived at Southampton it was easy to find them. I handed the car over in less than 5 minutes and then only a 2 min walk into the terminal. When I arrived back it was quick and easy to get my car. I would definitely recommend parking for cruises and definitely use them again.

Used a couple of times now and the service is excellent. So easy to find them on the short stay car parks at Southampton port and greeted by friendly staff. All booked in and sorted within a couple of minutes and then off to the ship a short walk away. This time our disembarkation dock was changed and wondered where the car would be, but it was at the right dock waiting for us and on our way home within 5 mins.
