Superb service again

Second time that we have used parking4cruises and we will be using them again in June.
They make the process so easy
Friendly efficient staff and reassuring when you return from your cruise to get a text in the morning to let you know that your car is ready for you right across the road from the terminal

Always great service

I have used Parking 4 Cruises many times and they are my go to company when I cruise from Southampton. Leaving your car has always been a worry, however I know that my vehicle will always be safe with this company and apart from that the staff are always polite, friendly and professional.

Parking December 2024

As always, the procedure for parking went seamlessly. We were greeted by a very friendly chap who checked over the car and made sure we had everything before handing over the keys. Pick up again was fine, the car was there on time, and again the friendly chap was there to hand it over, and insisted we checked the car over before handing back the keys The mileage hadn’t changed apart from its travel to its parking place.

Great Service

My 4th time using Parking4cruises. As always very easy and quick. Text 30 mins before arrival. Arrived found very easily at Ocean Terminal in short stay car park. Very friendly gentleman there to greet me. Details all took keys handed over. On arrival back. Text received to say car was waiting. Short walk to short stay car park. Same friendly gentleman waiting to hand back car. All very easy. Would recommend nobody else now. Car always handed back without issues. Thank you.

A great service fro cruises

What a fantastic service for parking at the cruise terminal. Very easy to book, easy to find, very friendly staff and a great drop of service. A text on the day of parking to remind you about the booking and what to do, very easy drop off in the short term car park next to the terminal. when you get back from the cruise you get a text to welcome you and tell you the car is ready. The staff were very freindly when you get back and all done in a few minutes.

As good as ever

we booked to park our car on the 5th of December 2024 to sale on the Cunard Queen Victoria
as usual we were met with a very courteous smile and a greeting at the short state car park. Our car was photographed all round the mileage was taken and I walked away happy in the knowledge the car was in good hands.
Furthermore the price is always very competitive and we shall certainly use this company again for parking our car at Southampton

Great service at Ocean Cruise Terminal

Droped off passengers & luggage at the terminal then drove round short-stay for quick and easy check-in of car.
P4C texted me early on day of return to advise car all ready for pickup, again swift and easy.

Great Service

Great service. Staff friendly (despite the bitter cold!!!) and check in was very quick and efficient. We like that they photograph the car on check in. It was convenient and good value and only a short stroll across to the terminal. We will use them again next year.

Excellent Service

We were directed to parking for cruises by CPS as they were fully booked. The process was first class from booking to returning home. The man who met me was polite and cheerful despite it being freezing. A really short walk to the terminal and car ready for collection on return. Will definitely book again and would 200% recommend.

Great service as ever

We have used Parking4cruises for a number of years and, as usual, their service was impeccable. It was a very short distance from the Ocean Terminal to where their staff were situated in order to drop and pick up our car. We would highly recommend their services
