Southampton parking

Initially not at all impressed. Arrived at post code as texted over on morning of cruise departure. Parking 4 cruises said look out for our flag. Not a flag in site. Was guided by stewards into wrong parking line. Got to front of queue and was told we were in the wrong queue after waiting half hour getting to front. Told to go back first turning on right. Area for containers. Went back to port area. Asked another steward after asking about the sixth who said we had gone too far and directed us to a gated area. Correct area but once again no indication that we were in the right place. Asked a man standing there if he knew and he said he was their pick up man. Good point was that it was a short walk over to ship. On arrival back had a text to say our car was available to collect at port. No indication of where to go to collect. Asked a few people if they knew where they to go. Fortunately somebody else had parked with them. Said they had a text to go to short stay car park and look out for purple flag. We didn’t get that text

Great service

Don't normally leave reviews, but not in this case. I was tentative as this was my first cruise. Parking4cruises made the experience so easy and put me at rest. Great communication from the company and 'Steve' the person who met us. So quick and and simple to deal with. Same on return, a message when we arrived at the dock to say car is ready and waiting. Walked the 50 meters to the car and off we went.
Very pleased customer.

Good service

Car washed down prior to pick up. Always a good service and car is always picked up in same condition as dropped off - thank you. Good polite staff and efficiency with contacting arrangements prior to departure, on departure and on return.

New terminal for us

Yet again another flawless service,after dropping of at Mayflower terminal our pickup was at Queen Elizabeth II,as normal a text arrived that our car was ready for collection.It was 30 minutes from the ships disembarkation lounge to being sat in the car.

So simple!

Used Parking4Cruises many times now as whole process is simple and straightforward. The staff are so friendly, so efficient it makes the whole process easy. Thank you SO much! We'll be back!

Excellent

Parking4cruises.co.uk is a excellent company to use when going on your cruise, just drop your luggage off at the terminal with one of your family members then drive around to the short stay car park where the company is waiting. They take photos of your car and take your mileage then just hand over your key and you are ready to enjoy your cruise, so stress free

Excellent Service

Friendly helpful staff on the phone and in person. Drop off and collection a very smooth and simple process. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future myself.

First time cruisers

Couldn't have been easier! The booking process was simple and dropping our car off straightforward. The guys in the car park were very friendly and told us all we needed to know. Added bonus being our car was ready for us at a different berth to the one we left from, whereas others were having to use shuttle buses to reach their cars.
Would certainly use Parking4cruises again.

Normally use CPS for cruising from Southampton but they had no availability so found Parking4Cruises - will definitely be using from now on - very easy, very friendly and very helpful - great service and great value

Always great service, have used them a few times now and have recommended them on Facebook ,
People always ask if you have to park along way from the terminal, but it is only a short walk from the short day car park they take your car and park it only a couple of miles away never had a problem. Car always fine will be definitely using them again in the future and have booked already for 2026.

Does exactly what it says on the tin...almost!

This is our second cruise and our second dealing with Parking4Cruises. We have found them very curtious, polite and helpful on both occasions. With parking charges close to the same a P&O we always prefer the personal touch which is why we chose Parking4Cruises.
But again, just like last year, the valet we booked wasn't done which meant we had to stop off on our journey home to remove the two weeks worth of seagull mess off our car... at the moment im waiting for my refund for the service.
