Excellent - Does what it say's on the tin
It can be hard to contact them on the phone, but if you leave a message they will get back to you, or email them. The service is excellent.
Just recently I booked a back to back cruise on Ventura with P&O. After I booked the car parking P&O had to cancel the first of the two cruises due to Ventura breaking down. However, Parking 4 Cruises, happily dealt with that no problem and was there to receive my car when we arrived for the second cruise.
During the second cruise we decided to stay on for the short cruise following that one. P&O let us ring Parking for Cruises from Ventura, and extend our parking. Albeit I left a message on their answer phone, they did action on it, and my car was stored safely until my return.
My partner and I have used Paarking 4 Cruises on several occasions now, and have always been happy with their service.
A loyalty scheme isn't yet in situ, but they would be doing themselves a favour if they started one, especially with all the parking companies in the area trying to get business.
All in all, you would not be disappointed using this company. I give it 5 stars.
