Perfect service

As the title says, perfect service from drop off to pick up. Would definitely use again.

Perhaps invest in a clearer sign at the drop off location. But a very minor grumble.

Parking

I have used parking for cruises many times, only had one problem in pass until this time, our car had lots of bird poo all down one side, if it stays on longer than a few days it starts eating in to the lacquer and it as left it pitted which cannot be removed.

As usual the rep was in the car park waiting, was friendly and helpful , and same when we arrived home.. we're happy to recommend this company !

First Class Service

We've used Parking4Cruises twice and were very pleased both times. Dropping off and collecting were straightforward and quickly completed. My only negative comment is that the second time we used them their banner wasn't as prominent as it might have been.

On morning of embarkation had a text to say problem with my car. I spoke to mark who explained what was wrong and they came and picked us and luggage up from terminal and took us back to where car was stored
He waited with us until Green Flag came.
Was very pleased with service and have already booked again for April.
