Excellent

Easy to book. We received a text message on the morning of arriving in Southampton. Very polite and very quick service in handover. Photos and videos taken along the mileage being logged and photographed.
On arrival bank after our holiday, text received at 6 am and our vehicle was back waiting for us at 630. There was a flat battery but parking4cruises got it going and had it running so we could just drive and have no hassle. Excellent I would definitely book with them again.
Fraction of the cost to other parking operators and equally great service. Thankyou. Will definitely use again

We used this company for the 1st time, we needed to leave our car for 1 week as our cruise was only a week .
We actually live a few hours away from Southampton but it actually worked out cheaper & was more beneficial to use this company instead of having to book cabs/taxis to take us & bring us home after our cruise.
The staff are extremely friendly & very helpful all instructions that i was given from the day i actually booked this parking up until the day i drove back out of the carpark was so straightforward.
I would 100% use this company again.

Great price

We have used Parking4cruises numerous times and have always found them to be reliable and of good value. We like the fact that they offer 3 pricing tiers depending on when or how you want to disembark the ship. However, we noticed a change, we don’t know whether this company has been taken over by someone new or whether it’s a situation of their success but we found that they weren’t as friendly and jovial as normal and seemed to be stressed out! It’s a shame as we have always found the staff great!

Love the price and being local, will as have done half a dozen times, use you again. Please, Please display a flag/banner/Sign clearly to show your whereabouts in the car parks.

We parked with Parking4Cruises at Southampton for a 14 Night cruise onboard MSC Virtuosa.
Timely and helpful communications from P4C ahead of arrival meant that we avoided the big queues with 5 or so large ships in the port on the same day.
We were greeted warmly and professionally at the Horizon Terminal on the Saturday and we're soon onboard.
The car was ready on our return and we were swiftly on our way home.
Once again, an unreserved recommendation from us for Parking 4Cruises and we have already booked to use them for future cruises.

Great service throughout, from initial booking to picking up the car at the end of the cruise. Friendly, professional staff and the whole process went smoothly as advertised. We were advised mid cruise of a change to the terminal that we would be returning to but it wasn’t a problem - the car was waiting in the right place when we got back. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful servive

We used Parking 4 cruises for a recent 16 night cruise and were very impressed by their efficiency. From booking and confirmation to receiving the car and returning it to a different dock (last minute change) this company are reliable, professional and friendly ; the perfect combination.

Conners

Used often, but recently paid extra many times for"Standard Parking" Which includes possibility to cancel and a "Hose down" before collection. Unfortunately, never had any hose down. I feel I am paying for a service that I have not received.

Success

I have now used this company on a few of our cruises and I have had no reason to find fault. Were in touch before arriving at port, signed over my car in a few minutes and it was there waiting when I returned. Obviously stored off site but only six miles in total added to my handover mileage. Car returned unscathed. Company has done me well over a number of years.
