Excellent service

Everything went as expected car collect from short stay carpark and returned to short stay carpark. Text us while waiting to disembark to say car ready and waiting, and when we got to the car loaded the luggage for us. Have used them several times and never been disappointed.

Excellent service

We arrives at the port of Southampton shortly after the time we stated. There was no fuss, quick service and we were soon on our way. We arrived back at port with the car already ready to collect before we disembarked. Quick check of the car, everything was OK and we were quickly back on our way home. Would highly recommend this service and will use again if we ever cruise again.

Outstanding service

We have often used Parking4Cruises and have been delighted with the ease and security of using this service. They are efficient and reliable. I have absolute confidence in leaving my car with them and drop off and collection is a very slick operation, it is a relief to know that your car will be waiting for you on your return even if the return dock is different from the embarkation dock.

Good service only thing was wrong they never whashed my car down maybe due to the hoes pipe ban?

First class service

Dropped my cases at the cruise terminal, drove onto the carpark, handed keys over and two minute walk over the the embarkation terminal. All done without fuss and seamless. My car was taken to a secure parking place and I watched it arrive back at the same car park at 6am on my return from a two week cruise. Walked cases over, again two minutes, collected keys and left car park within ten minutes utes. This is the second time that I’ve used this service and will def use it again first class.

All so easy to book then followed up with communication as stated when you are to arrive that day, they even phoned on day also.
Found parking in car park & no concerns with being met & same process on return from cruise. Photos taken & mileage also so everything is recorded.

Super geregeld, tegenover cruiseschip, op korte loopafstand auto ingeleverd. Foto's worden gemaakt en je geeft je sleutel af en he loopt met je koffers ( karretje aanwezig) naar de terminal. Op je laatste dag staat je auto weer keurig op dezelfde plaats en je bent zo weer vertrokken . Top geregeld!!

Satisfied

I have used this firm for several years now and find it to be a good service which is competitively priced. I have never had a problem. My only niggle is the absence of a valeting facility. At the very least, I would have liked my car to have been hosed down. Having said that, it was much cleaner than I had previously experienced when using the P&O parking service.

Great and easy service

I have used this company twice and both times received a great service from start to finish, easy to book, easy instructions, constant contact from them via email& text, there when we arrived for boarding, very friendly, explained everything, took photos of car & mileage, then car was ready & waiting when we disembarked the cruise.
Will definitely use again and will recommend to family & friends, as also cheaper than other long term parking near Southampton cruise terminal.

Great service

Great service from a friendly and helpful team. Waiting on site as promised both at the start and at the end of the cruise. The parking does seem overpriced though.

Convenient parking

I paid extra for the premium service. Whilst the man was friendly, there was no offer of help with loading the luggage into the car and the car was very dusty and did not appear to have been sprayed.
Yes, I received a text saying the car was ready and everything else was ok, I was simply handed my key and left to my own devices.
