Good service easy to access would use again

The only reason for not giving the Meet & Greet service for 5 stars is that I booked and paid for a valet clean while we were on our cruise and when we arrived we were advised they no longer provided that service. The website does not reflect this and having checked on our return it is still showing as a service that is offered. We were told we would get a refund but we have not to date. Otherwise it was very easy to find and easy to use especially as I have mobility issues.

Fantastic service

Can not fault this company, it was our first cruise and CPS parking was coming up expensive and then was full. I found this company and honestly was such a smooth expeience from the start of our cruise to the end. Meeting point is so close to the cruise terminal we walked literally 1 minute. They were there on time when we disembarked. I am booking another cruise for next year and I am 100% booking parking with these guys again! Thank you

Your administration for the collection of the car was extremely good I had no problem at all. Your driver was there on time for me dropping the car off and on my return the car was ready for collection but no issues at all. Thank you very much for all your help. I will definitely use you again.
