Excellent service and easy to find drop off area in short stay carpark next to terminal. Will definitely use again.

On morning of embarkation had a text to say problem with my car. I spoke to mark who explained what was wrong and they came and picked us and luggage up from terminal and took us back to where car was stored
He waited with us until Green Flag came.
Was very pleased with service and have already booked again for April.

Never used Parking4cruises before as this was our first cruise. Whole experience from booking to dropping off and collecting our car was seamless. Excellent communication, text received the day before and on the day of the cruise. Also received a text the morning of disembarkation letting us know the car was ready and waiting for us. Couldn’t fault the service and will definitely use again. Thank you.

Parking for Cruise

Just got back from a Cruise, service from parking 4cruises was outstanding both drop off and collection. My car was ready for collection at the time stated no waiting, have already booked for my next Cruise.

Just Why ?

No issues at all with dropping off and picking up the car.
But why is it necessary to turn up the heating controls and radio volume to maximum, plus alter as many of the vehicle settings as possible ? It felt as if a 12 year old had been let loose in the car, and had tried to press every single button and turn every knob.

Nice and early

Just returned from our 2 week cruise .
On our arrival flag flying and driver waiting to check us in all done within minutes and we where on our way to the ship.On return same again all ready for us to drive home driver loaded our cases in car for us and we where on our way home.5 star treatment as usual

We always use Parking4Cruises

We have used these several times now, they have a simple on line booking system, the customer receives a text on the morning of the cruise, you reply when 30 minutes from Southampton and their staff are waiting for you, the car is photographed including the mileage before they take it to their secure compound.

Great parking experience

Found parking4cruises because CPS was full up.

The experience was very similar except the staff on departure and on collection were really friendly and helpful and the price was far more reasonable.

I read some of these reviews before booking and they do help people decide; I do recommend parking4cruises.
