Have used P4C many times now and excellent communication and service as always.

Excellent service in Southampton We followed directions given to us when we booked on how to find the car park. They text on the morning we were arriving and we phoned when we were 30 minutes from the terminal. The staff member was waiting and took our details and photos of the car. They messaged to say our car was ready to pick up on the morning we disembarked, staff members were there to meet us , and we drove off. All so easy and no fuss or waiting around. It was our first time to us parking4 cruises, and we will definitely use them again.

Friendly and professional at reasonable price

3rd time we have used Parking4cruises, and each time it has been a slick process from initial booking to pick up post cruise. Cheaper than cruise companies' "own" car parking options and I have found all their staff to be friendly and professional

Excellent again

This is the second time I have used Parking4Cruises after a recommendation from my sister.

The service is excellent. Just drop off the cases with my sister at the cruise terminal, drive around to short stay parking opposite 2 minute drive!) to meet their rep who took photos and checked the mileage. Then it was left safely in their hands until our arrival back in port at the end of the holiday to find it waiting for us. All absolutely fine. We take our trolley to the car is its only 5 minutes on foot and avoided driving round to queue up at the cruise pick up point. Cases back in the car and straight out of the car park home.

They are always reliable and professional. As an added extra, they are a great team of people who are unfailingly courteous and friendly. Thoroughly recommended after years of using them.

Perfect service

As the title says, perfect service from drop off to pick up. Would definitely use again.

Perhaps invest in a clearer sign at the drop off location. But a very minor grumble.

Parking

I have used parking for cruises many times, only had one problem in pass until this time, our car had lots of bird poo all down one side, if it stays on longer than a few days it starts eating in to the lacquer and it as left it pitted which cannot be removed.

As usual the rep was in the car park waiting, was friendly and helpful , and same when we arrived home.. we're happy to recommend this company !
