OK'ish

Instructions where to drop-off cases was not clear. The area for P4C was in the furthest area in a corner. The rather small, somewhat tatty, flag was not obvious and we had to hunt for it. The operative was engaged with another customer and was not wearing clothing indicating he was P4C. He was helpful, found us a trolley and loaded our cases.
Communication on return was satisfactory.
We found the vehicle. We were only asked our name and handed the keys. No check we were who we claimed to be. No offer to assist with cases (age 80+).
It worked. Could have been better. Better signage is essential.
4* reflects overall value for money.
With knowledge gained I would use again.

Reliable as ever

This is a wholly reliable service which is a comfort knowing that my car will be taken away and returned spot on time. Having used their services a number of times I have full confidence in them.

Great Parking Service

First time using this company. Found the short stay car park easily and was delt with immediately. Handed over key after I was asked mileage reading then photos taken all around car.
On collection, car was ready and waiting for us, no queue before us like other companies we saw. Very happy and will use again later this year.

Cruise patking

This service for Southampton cruises is outstanding really helpful staff. One of the best things is you can pick up your car from 06.30 and no queues to get off car park

Third time using this brilliant company

3rd time using this company. So easy every time. Drop car of on short stay car park and soon heading to ship. Car always there waiting for us when we get off. No problems, reasonable price and only ever been a small amount of added mileage on car for there and back to their compound.

Great Service

As always excellent customer service upon arrival, fast and easy check in. Staff friendly and super helpful.

Pick up was a little fraught as our car wouldn’t staff, quick action by staff on site and someone came along with a jump starter ….

Just a note, we think that when the car was delivered back to the port it wasn’t turned off and as you can’t hear the engine (Nissan epower) it is easy to walk away and not realise. But no issues as after the jump start and the trip home everything charged back up and reset (we now have a jump starter in the car for a just in case it happens again.

Will be booking again soon for April and September.

Everything was as expected.
The text arrived on our morning of departure, the hand over was seamless.
Text arrived on our morning back and the car was in the car park waiting for us with the friendly efficient hand back of the key.

The service has always been professional and has never let us down. They are always polite and welcoming. We have always recieved a great customer experience. I wouldn't book with anyone else now. Prices are excellent too.

Could not fault the service

Great communication upto and including on the day. Clear instructions.Steve was very accomodating and reassuring even though we had several traffic delays on way down.
Parking close to boat in short stay car park, if i did it again would drop bags off first but that is experience. The guys very helpfully fetched a luggage trolley which made life easy.
Car was waiting on return and text message to say just that again reassuring.

Good service easy to access would use again

The only reason for not giving the Meet & Greet service for 5 stars is that I booked and paid for a valet clean while we were on our cruise and when we arrived we were advised they no longer provided that service. The website does not reflect this and having checked on our return it is still showing as a service that is offered. We were told we would get a refund but we have not to date. Otherwise it was very easy to find and easy to use especially as I have mobility issues.

Fantastic service

Can not fault this company, it was our first cruise and CPS parking was coming up expensive and then was full. I found this company and honestly was such a smooth expeience from the start of our cruise to the end. Meeting point is so close to the cruise terminal we walked literally 1 minute. They were there on time when we disembarked. I am booking another cruise for next year and I am 100% booking parking with these guys again! Thank you
