Great service

Great service from start to end. Clear communication, emails & messages of arrival and departure day.
Professional hand over, and across road from ship. The guys even helped by taking out cases etc from boot. Will be using again.

Cruise parking

Easy drop off/pick up.
Friendly staff.
Have used parking for cruises at least 12 times over the past 10 years.
I always book the standard meet & greet in case I need to cancel giving me flexibility if I need to change my booking.
Standard meet & greet package should also include a vehicle spray down on pick up day.
Not for the first time, on pick up my car was filthy, covered in dust & bird faeces. Nothing that I couldn’t put right by giving it a wash, but it clearly had not been sprayed down as it should have been.
When I asked their guy why it hadn’t been sprayed down he replied simply, ‘sorry, didn’t have it down for a spray down, I’ll let the office know!’

Provided you’re happy with not getting everything you pay for, they’re okay!

Makes life easy

We haven’t used Parking4cruises for a while simply because we haven’t sailed from Southampton for a few years. However the service was just as good as we remembered. Booking is easy, at a good price, and drop off and pick up were quick and efficient. Far better than dropping the car off and getting a coach into the port. Make sure to tell port reception that you want to drop your luggage off first as they tried to direct us straight to the short stay car park to leave our car.

So easy

So easy, drop luggage at pods, drive to drop off area next to ship, they take photos and then take key. Done.
On return car ready at same terminal you return to, take cases to car get keys and go.

Excellent service

I have just used Parking4cruises for the first time to book for three cars.
We found the communication and staff to be excellent along with the whole service they provide at a very competitive price.
Right from booking to dropping off and collecting cars it was all very smooth.
I would definitely recommend Parking4cruises and will most certainly be using in the future when sailing from Southampton.

Parking at Southampton.

We were let down by Intercruise so had to hurriedly find Parking. We were recommended by someone we met on a previous cruise. This company didn't disappoint. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Very friendly. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant service

From booking the service is brilliant. Text messages on the day keeping us informed and drop off is only over the road from the terminal.
We dropped all our cases first then took the car over the road for handover.
Photos of the car are taken and mileage noted. Very pleasant on-site staff.
We’ve used P4C many times and wouldn’t choose anyone else.

Great Value and Service

We have used this company for a number of years, very reliable and had no problems at all. Even when we had to move our dates because of cancelled cruise it was sorted straight away. I have recommended this company to quite a few people who have also been very pleased with the cost, reliability and service .

Very Good Service

Makes parking for the cruise easy . Meet and greet is very close to terminal just a couple of minutes walk . I payed for valeting and the car was nice and clean and waiting on return.

Car was collected at meet and greet point less than a minutes walk from ship terminal. Guys processing the parking were very polite and efficient, and picking our car up was just as easy.
