Great service at Ocean Cruise Terminal

Droped off passengers & luggage at the terminal then drove round short-stay for quick and easy check-in of car.
P4C texted me early on day of return to advise car all ready for pickup, again swift and easy.

Had first two weeks of December on Queen Anne , once again used Parking 4 Cruises. Simple, straight forward,
reliable, good value for money and close to the ship.

Welcome text on return to confirm my car was back in the short stay car park. Once again dealt with quickly by friendly staff and very soon on way home.

Great Service

Great service. Staff friendly (despite the bitter cold!!!) and check in was very quick and efficient. We like that they photograph the car on check in. It was convenient and good value and only a short stroll across to the terminal. We will use them again next year.

Excellent Service

We were directed to parking for cruises by CPS as they were fully booked. The process was first class from booking to returning home. The man who met me was polite and cheerful despite it being freezing. A really short walk to the terminal and car ready for collection on return. Will definitely book again and would 200% recommend.

Great service as ever

We have used Parking4cruises for a number of years and, as usual, their service was impeccable. It was a very short distance from the Ocean Terminal to where their staff were situated in order to drop and pick up our car. We would highly recommend their services

Trouble free park

Great directions and several reminders and full instructions. On the day the text came as promised and at the port dropped luggage and wife at terminal and short walk to Short Stay park where flag was flying for the drop off. Was right at the far end of park and in the dim light did not see immediately but waving of arms from employee helped to locate. Few pictures and I was off back to ship.
Return was just as easy but be prepared for longer walk if usual terminal is out of use

Southampton with late changes to terminal

The terminal to our Cunard cruise changes 3 days before departure. This caused no problems at all. Handover and pickup were no more than 5 minutes and the short term car park was 5 minutes away. Those people waiting for the cruise line valet service were still milling around like headless chickens. Parking for cruises is a no-brainier. Many thanks see you in May 2025.

Cruise parking

We parked the car for two weeks cruise holidays, on the day of departure we sent a text message as per their guidance , deposited our checked luggage and parked the car in the short term car park which is opposite to the cuties terminal and we’re met by a nice man who took the photons of the car and recorded the miles,we took our hand luggage on a trolley available in the car park and we were the. Raise terminal , all done in 7 Minutes, excellent service , on our return , we had a tax message that the car was ready in the car park,and indeed it was , we loaded our luggage and were on our way out all within 10 minutes. Great experience and will definitely use again. Bipin

Excellent Price

Can't complain about the price or the people after using you for the 2nd time in 2 months. As a new user my worry is finding you !
I eventually found you at the Ocean Terminal and Mayflower but returning especially in the rain at the City Terminal was a challenge so I have to say what about an extendable flag pole rather than a weathered below the roof line of cars please ?
A visible presence at the Terminal exit would help too.

Canaries cruise

Very good service again. No problems with dropping off or picking up car, even though we had different terminals to visit. Excellent communication from company. Have used a number of times and will do so again.

Service provided

We have used these people many times in the past and twice this year, always an excellent service, very happy.
They keep you up to date before, on the day, and return never a problem.
