Wow, what a service! As soon as we arrived at port on embarkation day, your man was waiting for us in the car park. He was very polite and took photos of our car etc and off we went. On disembarkation day, we had a text before we even docked to say our car was ready and waiting for us. So we self disembarked nice and early. Once again your man was waiting for us and considering how early, he was very chipper! Thank you so much, we will be back!!

Great customer service as always.
Have used this company for cruise parking in Southampton for several years now. We have always been very satisfied with the level of service. It is very convenient and a seamless way to start and end a cruise.

Caribbean cruise

We have just returned from the Caribbean on the Aurora.Once again fantastic service from the staff,always very polite and helpful.When you get to the docks,take your luggage from you car,then drive it to the short stay car park were you will be met by their staff.this is straight over from the ships berth.They will take photos of your car carcar for your benefit,making sure you know all about any marks etc on your car.The member of the staff will then take your keys and give you receipt for your return.We have been using Parking4 Cruises for a lot of years now and they have never let me down.On your return if the burth is different from the one you sailed from they will take your car there.They are very well organised.They are a lot cheaper than the other parking companies and I can definitely recommend them.

Excellent communication regarding arrangements. Just text when 30 minutes away. Received accept back. Reassuring. Drop off all fine.
On disembarkation, we received a text quite early - may be 7.15 - indicating our car was ready for us.
We have used this company many times, and they will be our preferred provider next time.

Used P4C a few times now - great service, even enthusiastic. I have a French phone which wouldn’t receive texts from a UK mobile so they simply rang to establish contact. Very professional.

Couldn't fault it.

There's not much to say. Drop your bags, drive to the short stay , look for the Parking4cruises flag, meet the staff person. They record the mileage and photograph your car. Give them the key, get a receipt, less than 5 mins. Walk back to the terminal, at Mayflower its about 3 - 4 minutes.
On return do the same in reverse. If you' ve not got loads of luggage you could miss out the drop off and wheel your luggage from the car drop off.
Courteous staff.
