Brilliant service

It's the first time using parking4cruises and we will definitely use them again. It was straightforward to book and the communication was excellent with clear instructions. Arrived at the port, greeted by a lovely man, sorry I can't remember his name but he was so professional and explained everything, checked the car over and milage and what to do on arrival back in Southampton. It was so easy. When coming back from the cruise we arrived at a different terminal which was no problem and our car was there ready and waiting. We received 5 star service throughout and would definitely recommend.

Great Service

We recently cruised from Ocean terminal, but came back into Mayflower terminal, so was a little apprehensive. At Ocean terminal I dropped our cases off, then drove round to the short stay car, easily spotted the banner and van, my car was checked by a very polite young man, who informed me that we would be returning to Mayflower, gave me a leaflet with all the instructions on re collection, but he went through it with us to make sure we knew where to go after coming out of the terminal. Nothing but praise for the way I was helped, the service given and of course the great price I paid compared to other companies. No brainer who I will use in the future.

Marvelous

I have used parking4cruises several times and never had any problems. Even when the cruise ship returns to a different terminal than it left from, my car is there waiting for me. Only short walk from bag drop to short stay car park.
Also cheapest available, a big bonus!!

Car parking

Used this cruise parking for the first time. Directions were good but a bigger flag would be more visible. The employees were friendly . Car pick up was easy just by the quayside. Will use again.

Lack of communication

Always used these and always found them friendly and efficient. Unfortunately there seemed to be a distinct lack of information regarding what happens when ship berths in different one to departure berth. Announcement on ship stated that buses were laid on for passengers who had cars parked at original berth. It was absolutely pouring and we, and our luggage, got soaked in long queue waiting for bus. When we arrived I walked back to pick-up area to find my car was not there and informed that it had been taken to arrival berth. Why was this not clearly explained to us? It added an extra hour to our journey for no reason apart from total lack of communication. We had text, as normal on morning of arrival stating car was ready.....just add a note that it was at arrival berth....easy solution.

Once again a great service, friendly staff, convenient and quick. Have used this service many times now and never had any problems. The short stay car park is close to terminal. In my opinion they are quicker than CPS as there is rarely a queue. Good value for money.

Totally Stressless Parking

Third time of using this company, out of x4 cruises from Southampton. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as the very best, most stressless and convenient option for parking if leaving from Southampton.
Cheerful, well organised staff when u first arrive, short distance to access cruise terminal and even options to pay for more assistance with luggage etc if preferred or required. Great communication by phone, both before cruise and afterwards regarding drop off and pickup of our car. Service really couldn’t be improved upon,
5 Stars definitely deserved, would highly recommend!

Southhampton meet and greet

Not the 1st time we have used parking4cruises and definitely won't be the last. It all went smoothly. From drop off to pick up. They were exactly where they said they would be when dropping off. And the car was waiting for us on our return. With friendly and polite staff. It was an absolute breeze. It's made for a great start and end to our cruise. And all at a great price.
