EXCELLENT SERVICE AGAIN

Have used your facilities for many years now - have always been delighted with the courtesy shown to us as well as the safe parking of our vehicle. Never even both to look elsewhere for quotes as I know you will beat them every time.

First time user

Used for the first time out of Southampton over Easter 2018. Friendly staff easy to check in and were ready and waiting when we arrived back.
Only criticism would be for Southampton Port in that the car park for drop off wasn't easy to find, there are no signs directing you to the car park.

Have used Parking4Cruises a number of times and once again they provided an excellent, reliable, cost effective service. No hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent Service!

We needed long stay parking for a 65 night cruise. We usually do a park and stay package at a hotel but this was prohibitively expensive, and unable to find with an accessible room that I needed. Saw a recommendation online so decided to book as the reviews were good. We were very impressed from the outset as we were met as instructed in the short stay car park. Our mileage was noted and photos were taken of all sides of the car. On our return, our car was waiting for us. It was fine (despite other passenger's reservations at leaving it so long) and the man who met us even offered to help us load our luggage, which we declined. It was very convenient being able to set off straight to home, without the need for a taxi to pick up the car. Excellent service and have re-booked for later this year for another cruise.

Used P4C for many years. Have never been disappointed. Always courteous, friendly, reliable and competitive. Have visited the site where the cars are stored and it 100% safe, extremely well run operation.Just returned from 5 week cruise and the car was there ready for pick up with friendly greeting and quick and easy handover.Thanks once again and look forward to using the service in the near future.

Parking at Southampton Docks

Much better price than CPS. Equally convenient to use. Staff friendly (despite the bitter cold!!!) and manage check in very efficiently. We like that they photograph the car on check in, something very few other parking services do, including CPS. Anyone who doesn't use Parking4Cruises is missing efficiency, convenience and value.

caribbean cruise Feb/Mar 2018

This is the 5th time i have used parking4cruises.Just got off a 28 nighter on the Oceana.Same as always first class service from the parking attendants.Nothing is too much trouble for them,always so helpfull and polite.I can recommend this company for other cruise passengers who wish to park their cars at the docks,no worries what so ever and a lot cheaper than other parking companies.We will certainly book with them for our next cruise.Once again thank you for the great service we recieved from you again.Jeff Rumbelow.

Easy parking for Southampton cruise.

Have used P4C many times now and have been pleased with the service on every occasion. I had used other companies previously so understand the benefits. There is always a friendly person awaiting with your car. Something to consider in the winter is that because your car has been driven a small distance it is ready to go upon your return, no defrosting etc. The competition will take your car directly from the terminal but apart from being moe expensive you have a longer walk when you return. P4C always take photos of your car upon arrival so if you think there is any damage you can see the evidence.
Excellent service, convenient, would thoroughly recommend.

Have used this company several times for parking at Southampton cruise terminal, it is still one of the most competitive places to use, drop the car off on arrival and walk across the road to the ship, on return walk across the road and the car is waiting. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use again
