Car Parking no problems

We have previously booked our car parking through the cruise company agent but this time booked through Purple Parking as it was cheaper with a discount my wife got which turned out to be with parking4 cruises. After an initial issue 2 days before our cruise with Purple Parking everything worked out ok as they said it would. We were met on arrival in the short stay parking and after the usual checks and form completion we were on our way to our cruse check in across the road. On arrival back we crossed the road and the representative was there with our car to meet us. I would therefore have no hesitation in using this company again for cruise parking

1st Time user

Used this service in July 2017 for the first time. Booking was straight forward, contact with the company (email and telephone) was easy. Arrived at scheduled time, found the meet point with no problem and after a short wait (one greeter with 4 cars to book in - this could be a problem with more cars arriving at once - this is the only reason why I haven't given 5 stars)the car was booked in and handed over after photographs were taken and mileage recorded. Because we had a late disembarkation time from our ship the car pick up was very straight forward and quick, although the process of exiting the docks was not due to queues. Would use the service again.

Great service at short notice

I used Parking4Crusies when, within a few days of my cruise from Southampton, I realised that I needed to have booked my P&O "free" parking but I hadn't. To pay for the service with P&O's favoured client would have cost me £200. However, P4C was only just over half that. So I booked with them and was very pleased with the cost and seamless service at both ends of my cruise. I would thoroughly recommend this service.

Excellent Service on Back to Back cruise parking

We have used this service many times and they are always polite, efficient and friendly. Doing a back to back cruise you leave the car for the entire holiday and the car comes back at the end of your cruises. Thanks again.

Good value!

I have used PARKING4CRUISES regularly over the past three years and they have never let me down. The team on arrival is always cheerful and the paperwork is completed quickly. On return, my car is ready and waiting in the Short Stay car park opposite the terminal. Easy - and best of all, very good value.

Great Service yet again

A great service provided yet again. Peace of mind assured.

What kind of review can I write when my life was saved by your car park attendants by calling for an Ambulance while I had a heart attack? While I was waiting for the ambulance, they put me on a car seat and kept reassuring me until the para medics arrived. One of your members went to collect my wife (who didn't speak good English and new to this country) and the baggage from the port baggage area. When I requested them to keep the car with the luggage until I recover, they readily assured me not to worry about the car and will keep the car as long as necessary, even offered me to drive us to our home 180 miles away if necessary. Very heart warming words while I was hardly alive. When I was in the ambulance I had a cardiac arrest and they resuscitated me successfully. If the ambulance was 5 minutes late I would have been dead in the car park.
3 days after my successful recovery from the emergency heart operation, on my request, one of your members brought the car with baggage to a hotel where my son was staying and we were charged only a menial sum for all your kind efforts. I give your firm 6 stars and I will never use any other car park if your firm is on the site anywhere in the country. You are the best of the best. Thank you for saving my life.

Excellent service

Used for the 4th time and every time been impressed with the service. Little worried this last time as we departed and arrived at different terminals but no problems. Used self help disembarkation from ship and left car park @ 7:30. Wil definitely use again.

First time we used this company and would definitely use them again, very easy to drop off car and pick up, they checked car with us before leaving with them and again when picking up, told us car would do more than 6 miles. Friendly staff. I also emailed them before travelling and responded very quickly. We self disembarked ship and were on our way within 1/2 an hour of leaving the ship. Excellent

Convenient and fairly priced

We paid £80 less than P&I'd own service.
We dropped off cases and drove 100yds to the drop off point.We were met by friendly staff.On return at end of cruise walked the 100yards back to pick up point and car waiting
There are trolleys for suitcases so no problems.Your car is driven 'offsite' whilst you are away, but we had no problems with this. Would use again.Recommended.

Britannia Cruise

Always use Parking 4Cruises, and always excellent service and value for money. No hassle, very quick on embarkation and disembarkation. Last trip though car covered in bird droppings, usually the car is hosed off. Cleaned by representative on site. However, would always recommend.

Great service,no stress

We have used Parking4Cruises now on multiple occasions over the last few years. Everything is so easy - from quote, to booking/pay, to confirmation. Drop off is simple and fast. Pick up time is also reliable and you are on your way home quick smart.

Good Value

As other people have said, very easy just across the road from Mayflower Terminal where you can drop the bags first. On return can do the reverse and off the ship & away within 30 mins of disembarking

Reliable as always

Have used Parking4Cruises a number of times and everytime the process has been so smooth and reliable. So much quicker and easier than using the port parking and more competitive. They offer a professional, efficient service at a very competitive price. Recommended and will use in future.
