Excellent service.

Again, another super experience. Polite and pleasant greeting, efficent service even though the Port has moved the meet location, and vehicke check carried out very well. On our teturn the car was there and ready. Very swift departure. We will continue to book with this company and recommend thenm without reservation.

Easy and convenient drop-off and pick-up. Will use again

This was our first cruise from Southampton and we had been recommended to use this company. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They checked the mileage and took photos of the various dents in our car. On collection it was only a short distance to push our luggage on a trolley back to the car park. Our car was waiting for us and a member of staff checked we were happy with the vehicle. We will definitely use the firm again and would quite happily recommend them.

My wife is in a wheelchair and I wondering how best to deal with two suite cases and the wheelchair once we had arrived at P&O Southampton. I needn't have worried. Upon arrival we were able to drop off the cases at the front of arrivals and they were taken away -we then drove to the short stay car park opposite where Parking4 Cruises where waiting.
Returning was just as easy. A P&O porter assisted me in selecting our cases from baggage and carried them across to the short stay car park and even offered to load them into the car.

Everything went very smoothly on both embarkation and disembarkation. All staff friendly.

Excellent service

We used parking4cruises for the first time in May. Easy to drop off luggage and go to car park. Staff very efficient. We arrived at the car park at 11.45 and were at port check in at 11.55. On our return we had picked up the car and were on our way home within 20 of disembarkation. Will certainly be using them again.

Made it easy on a busy day

Booked the parking through Candis magazine and APH.
But on the day the parking is organised by Parking4cruises.
We arrived at Southampton at 2PM on 13th. May, at a very busy time, as the Crown Princess was let returning to Southampton.
Found car drop off near the white van quite easily, and registration was quick and friendly.
Return just as easy, our car was ready and waiting, and enabled us to get a quick getaway.
Would definitely use again when in Southampton dock area.

Smooth parking with PARKING4CRUISES

Just returned from a first time cruise from Southampton and had a smooth and hassle free experience at the dockside parking our car with PARKING4CRUISES. Staff were friendly, fun and helpful.

V helpful service at both ends of our cruise. Easy to find contact point v close to ship. Upon disembarkation our car was waiting for us. Service reduces stress!

Straightforward, easy parking service

I've used this parking service before and have always been satisfied with the service. This time was no different. Drop bags at the terminal, drive to short term car park (just across the road), car is checked over for any damage and photographed, sign and the just walk over the road to the terminal. Simple! Just as simple on your return and it's also cheaper than most of the other operators. What's not to like!
