Car wash

The system and service worked extremely well. Could not have been happier. All I could suggest is that the car was dirty not your problem however if you had a car wash service prior to pick up I think you would find a lot of people would use it. You may make a quid out of it as well.
The first thing I did was go to a car wash.

Fantastic Service provided, met the gentleman at the car park requested. Car was photographed then straight onto Independence. On return received a text prior to docking at 05:30, car available as soon as left terminal then straight on road home. I would recommend this company and price was great.

Recent cruise parking

Have used parking4cruises a few times in the past. Excellent service. Communication 5* from the booking to the day clear instructions given and replies to messages immediately
When we arrived they were there in the short stay carpark opposite the terminal as advised. On the day of disembarking I text them to say we they were self disembarking and again there waiting as promised at 6.15 am. Staff pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t ask it to be any easier

Cruise Parking

This was our first time using parking4cruises and we found it to be very easy to find, dropped our cases and then drove to the short stay car park. On our return we walked off the ship and the car was ready for us which helped us to get away early as we had several hours to drive. Would certainly recommend using this company and will be doing the same next year.

Excellent customerservice

This was not our first use of parking4cruises and it will certainly not be our last. From ease of booking and their helpful office staff to the actual arriving to park the car, makes the whole process efficient and pleasant. The directions in the terminal are really good and once the luggage is dropped off and the car is driven into the short stay car park, phographs are taken and the ignition key handed over, you are on the way to the ship in a very reasonable time. All stress free, making a relaxed start to the holiday. The return was just as easy, with a phone call letting us know our cAr was waiting before we disembarked, we were soon on our way home. This company was recommended to us and we would certainly recommend it to others. Thank you parking for cruises.... see you next year.

Very Good Service

With a text before also a text when we arrived to collect car. Bonus
Just a very short walk to leave and collect car was a good (5 mins )
I will always use this service as it proved so good.



My only comment is if they could supply a small map or use there flag so customers can see it. The flag is so small and needs to be seen.

Parking at Southampton

Could not have been easier. Just drove into the Ocean terminal short stay car park, was met by Parking for Cruises representative and handed over car keys, returned to Mayflower terminal 12 days later walked over to short stay car park and picked up car. Great service, excellent communication throughout process. Would definitely recommend this company. Many thanks.
