Better Than CPS

Great service from start to finish. £50 cheaper than CPS and no queue to wait to take your car. There was a line with over 40 cars waiting to drop off with CPS, no line with Parking4Cruises meant we could be on board much quicker.

How can you improve on such a good service? Text reminders are very useful the site is easy to find and staff cheerful and helpful. We will recommend to others and use again.

Excellent service competitively priced. P&O cruise from Southampton unload luggage at cruise terminal then drive car about 100 yards to car park to be received by parking4cruises personnel. On return we exited ship with our own luggage into terminal where the wife waited with it while I walked the 100 yards to pick up my car and then came back to collect the luggage and the wife.

Don’t hesitate to use Parking4Cruises

Just back from our cruise, July 2019, used Parking4Cruises for the third time. Excellent service from start to finish. Easy processes for booking, dropping off and picking up our car. Staff extremely pleasant, efficient and courteous . A very well organised system, I highly recommend using Parking4Cruises based on all three of our experiences of doing so.

Excellent Service

Very impressed with service. Dropped off bags and drove to the adjacent short stay car park. Greeted immediately, a walk round the car with photos taken, mileage noted and we were on our way. On way home,Texted before 8am to say car was ready. Got off the ship at 9.30 and went to the short stay car park and were dealt with immediately and on our way home.

We were very happy with the service provided by Parking4Cruises on our recent cruise from Southampton. We received a text on the morning of the cruise as expected, including some travel advice. The drop-off was quick and professional. Our car was waiting for us at the terminal when we arrived back and arriving back at a different terminal to the one we had left from didn't present any problems to Parking4Cruises - they had all the cruise arrival/departure information. We received a text to confirm our car was ready and waiting for us, and happily it was in the same condition as when we left it. We walked off the ship with our suitcases and were on the road by 8am. We were delighted with the friendly and professional service and would definitely use Parking4Cruises again.

Excellent service had an email on the morning to text when we were 30 minutes away they were waiting very friendly and the same when we came back even though we were delayed would definitely use again

So Simple

Simply drop the bags, drive a couple of hundred meters and the helpful staff take the car with no hassle.
On return its simply the reverse of the drop off.

Another excellent service

Have used Parking4Cruises for many years when cruising and have never had anything but an excellent service that has developed over the years. Always courteous and prompt with a clear log of mileage and car condition, including photographs. Last used them for a week long cruise in June and will be booking them again for a further one in August.

Used an alternative on one occasion as recommended by the cruise line but was not happy with the experience and soon reverted to Parking4Cruises thereafter. Fully recommended.

Excellent service, easy to find, parked very close to ship. Car was photographed on arrival by friendly member of staff. Had text on morning of pick up, car was ready and waiting, no problems even though arrival back into Southampton was delayed by 6 hours.

No Hassle

Arrived, unloaded then drove to short stay, photos taken then off on cruise, come back fetch car and load up. It’s that simple but with friendly staff who obviously looked after my car !

Brilliant

This was our first cruise from Southampton and we were not sure whether to use a hotel and parking package. Found Parking4cruises online and was very impressed at their technology. I entered the cruise reference number and the details were displayed, very impressive. Also the Company keep track on what dock the ship uses (sometimes change at short notice).
Dropping off the car was simple at the departure dock (my confidence was improved by the confirmation text on the morning of the cruise). Collection was just as easy, the car was at our (different) dock ready for our leaving the ship.
Would I use them again, certainly.

Superb service

We have been using Parking4cruises for the last 6 or 7 cruises and have always had great service. The convenience of leaving the car opposite the terminal makes our trip so much more stress free. The car is always ready when we return with no waiting, or transfer times as with some other services. Thoroughly recommend.

Great Parking Experience

Our whole experience with Parking4Cruises was great from beginning to end. Easy booking process, with
comprehensive port arrival and departure instructions. Staff very friendly and helpful and felt that the vehicle would be safe and secure whilst we were on our cruise. Excellent value for money. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company for your parking requirements.

Great value and great service

This parking was easy to book, fairly priced and all the arrangements were clear and concise. Arrived early on the 30th June and was on the ship 30 minutes later.
Unfortunately due to a family bereavement we had to disembark our cruise and fly home two days later and the lady in the office ( Lucy) made all the arrangements to ensure I could retrieve my vehicle early. Great customer service and we will use this service again.
