So easy
I used parking4 cruise in late June 2019 , it was made very easy to use , they texted when they said they said they would , easy to find , very curteus , can’t fault them , will differently use them again .

Cruise Parking
Dropped of luggage and passengers at the Mayflower Terminal. Drove 200 yards to the P4C blue flag in the short stay car park where friendly staff completed the check-in process and confirmed the car would be ready at the QE 11 Terminal on our return. A two minute walk took me back to the terminal.
Picking up the car at the end of the cruise involved a short walk of less than 5 minutes, with the cases on a trolley. A few minutes after that we were on our way home.
A convenient and cost effective service. Will definitely use again.

Impressive service
Very happy with the service provided, text messages arrived exactly as we were informed they would which was very reassuring when approaching Southampton.
Just a small thing, when we parked up we were given a leaflet which told us to ring them 30 minutes before we wanted to collect the car, but verbally informed that we would receive a text on the morning of disembarkation to tell us that the car was ready for collection.
Therefore we made the call just in case the info given verbally was incorrect. It was not, and a lady was waiting for us with our keys when we got to the car park. She told us that the leaflet was wrong and that she would tell them not to give them out. So if they are still doing this, ignore it!

Used this company many times and cannot fault them. Friendly greeting on arrival and procedure explained clearly. Photos are taken of car and you are informed where car will be parked. A message is sent on your return to say your car is waiting in car park which is a 5 minute or so walk away. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thznkyou to all at parking4cruises, your staff are a credit to you.
