always good

I have used this company several times and they have always been excellent. The operators are always friendly and courteous, A quick phone call to a friendly receptionist will sort out any problems. I have never found any discrepancies with condition or mileage. The car is always there on time even to a different terminal. T hey give good instructions and directions.

Great service

Had no problems with this company. Texted to say they where expecting us, and to text when 1/2hr away, which we did and received instant confirmation. Car was checked over before we left it (photos taken). Received a text the morning we got back saying car was ready for pick up. Rang 1/2hr before disembarked got a recorded message with instructions for pick up. Smooth operation. Would recommend.

Excellent Service Once Again

Used many time, always excellent service, friendly, efficient and reasonable price. We went out of one port and back into another and the car (as always) was waiting for collection.

Excellent service

The man who met us at Southampton couldn’t have been more helpful. He invited us to stay in our car until it had stopped raining so we didn’t get wet. He explained everything in detail and was very friendly. Similarly the lady who met us on our return was helpful and friendly and said she would look after our trolley when we had unloaded it. The company kept in contact and sent messages to my phone on drop off and return so there was no stress in trying to contact them.

A smooth operation!

We found the whole experience of parking for a cruise from Southampton pretty trouble free. There was a muddle over different postcodes given by the shipping company for the ship’s berth, and that given by Parking4cruises, but the latter turned out to be the correct one! The cost for two weeks was fair value for money and the care taken of the car was good. Dropping off and collecting the car were easy convenient operations. We will use Parking4cruises again.

Brilliant value for money

2nd time using this company and have to say they are very efficient, friendly and excellent value for money. Texts are timely, instructions clear and best of all, parked as near the exit at the end of the holiday as possible for a fast getaway! Have recommended them to fellow cruisers.
