Have used this company lots of times always a very efficient service. First time we used them had a little difficulty in finding them, but once you know to look for the flag and where they are based , no problem at all. Just drop the car off and walk across the road to the ship.... fantastic. Certainly recommend.

1st Time Parking with Parking4Cruises

This was our first time parking with Parking4Cruises. I was slightly nervous about using the company as all I could go on were reviews that had been posted on TripAdvisor - all of which were very good. I did not need to be concerned as it was exactly as the reviews had said. The only minor issue we had was knowing where in the short stay car park to find them as they are hidden at the far end in the corner. Once I had sussed this out all was perfect. The fact that on the day of parking you receive a text from them saying they are expecting you and you just need to respond back so they know at what time to expect you was a good thing too. And on return I received another text to let me know that my car was ready for me. I would definitely use them again should I ever sail from this dock again.

Booked several times before as well as recent cruise and never a problem. Staff courteous on arrival and on collection. Never any delays and car always as left on arrival. What more can you ask?

I have used your service twice in 13 months and I found it easy to use without having to hang around for attention. As a result of your checks at the time of leaving my car, two bodywork blemishes were pointed out to me. I was not aware of them until then. Thank you.

Great service again

We arrived in Southampton in the middle of a downpour. I was advised to wait in the car while the paperwork, etc was completed. I was then offered a lift across to the terminal as it was raining so hard. As always, staff were friendly and efficient. On our return, I got a text message while still on board, telling me that the car was ready to collect. Collection was quick and efficient and we were soon on our way. We have used parking4cruises several times and the service has always been excellent.

Good service as usual, but let down by keeping the engine running for a long time when returning the car to the short term car park for collection. Mine had travelled one mile in 77 minutes
