Very happy

First time user. We found the service very good and competitively priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They took photos of car which gave us peace of mind.

Our embarkation and disembarkation terminals were different but this was all sorted automatically by parking4cruises and we were given a map to the pick up car park when we dropped the car off.

The short term car park used for drop off at Mayflower terminal and the one for pickup at Ocean terminal were very close to both terminals - so although a slightly longer walk than CPS on drop off, we'd say the pick up distance was similar when compared to where some CPS cars were parked. This makes the service excellent value for money. Mileage on car was as expected and condition was good with minimal bird droppings!

We would use them again but one to thing to note, the instructions say to call 30mins before arrival. This is not necessary and the answerphone message we heard created some confusion/anxiety on our part. Ideally the instructions simply need changing. We were told, on drop off, it was not necessary to call ahead of pick up either, unless we were disembarking very early which, whilst good news, could again have been covered in the instructions.

Used several times. Always great service. Ship departure terminal changed at last minute by operator but P4C had left a message to inform us with directions. Smooth as ever.

Easy to use

Staff friendly. Only problem(and this is NOT PARKING4CRUISES fault) parking area is some little walk now, as opposed to previous years, which means travelling companions with mobility difficulties have to "hang around" while waiting in drop off zone.

Great service

Couldn't be much easier. Drive to the terminal, drop your bags and other passengers. Drive 100 yards to short term car park, give your car to the attendant, walk back to the terminal. On return, walk to short term car park and pick up your car. Much cheaper than CPS

First rate service

This was the first time we used this company and we were not disappointed. Car parked and returned with no problems. Staff very efficient and courteous.

Very good service. On return on 29 Oct from Fred.Olsen cruise our car had been parked a little way from the ship but MARTIN was extremely helpful and pushed our luggage direct to our car at the same speed that we could walk, so a special thanks to him. We would have no hesitation in using parking4cruises again.

Another Good Experiance

Met with politeness and enthusiasm. Very quickly checked in and I was on my way. On arrival met again with politeness and collected my car. I wont use anyone else at Southampton for cruise parking.

Always first class

The third time I have used this company and once again the service was first class. From booking in to collection everything was a smooth as could be.

Third time not so lucky

Third time I have used this company, never had any problems before. This time we were delayed getting off the ship by 20 minutes....made our way to car park and car was not there. In fact hardly any cars were there! Given that the times of disembarking are always the same, not a good service this time.

Easy parking

The service you receive is first class.Very quick and easy to use.All you do is take your car to the short stay car park at Southampton docks and hand your keys and car to their attendant,he will take photos of your car and you sign his log to confirm you are happy.On your return you go to the short stay car park were your car is ready to pick up and then you are on your way home,that simple and quick.I have used this company now for 4 cruises and each time received first class service,i can recommend parking 4 cruises and it is cheaper than other companies.Also i always have self disembarkation and request a 7-30am pick up and i have never had a problem.

This was the second time this year that I have used Parking4cruises. The service and speed both on arrival and return were superb. Easy and quick to book and use with courteous staff to help. Look forward to using you again.
