I have used your service for around 200 days plus, and you have done well, except for one silly car park fine probably not your fault ,but you dealt with well. I am surprised with the number of days I have used you service the discount has not increased from your 5%. The cruise ship is now 10% off on board spend. Your comments are invited.

I've used this company at least seven times, it gets more professional each time. The staff are so friendly and the system used, taking photos of the vehicle is your guarantee. I could not think of any improvements. Highly recommended; very trustworthy. Excellent service. Keep the receipt given when car is left as it really helps to find where your vehicle is parked on your return.

This was the quickest and easiest parking and collection of vehicle from any holiday,excellent.

this was the first time we have used this service,but we will always use them again as the we found the staff when we arrived to be very friendly and helpful.just go to the back of the short stay car park after dropping of our cases and we were met by very friendly staff.no problems when we returned, car waiting for us and on our way.excellent price and service

Non existent meet and greet.
Used this company in October,having booked it in August the previous year. I was unaware that I would have to walk 400 yards before and after the cruise to park and collect my car,when it stated the car park was 20 metres from the terminal. I understood meet and greet was just that. I do not call this meet and greet. Also I had to unload my own vehicle at the terminal and my wife looked after the luggage whilst I did the 400 yard journey to the car park. Will not be using them again

Fantastic Friendly service
We have used this company on numerous occasions and have always found the service to be excellent. The staff are friendly and courteous and always look after your car. We have on occassions departed from one terminal and returned at another and the car is always in the right place for disembarkation. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and using it again.

Have used several times before. Staff friendly. Only draw back is it is quite a walk from carpark to ship(this is NOT Parking4cruises fault) and my disabled wife was getting concerned as I was missing some time.

Dear John, thank you for leaving us a review. At some terminals, the short stay car park is a bit further away than at others. We have now added the terminal specific distances to each short stay car park to our FAQs page, and also include this information in our booking confirmation emails.
