Regular user very happy

Southampton again, excellent and courteous service, nothing to find fault with.

Great.

Having used Parking4Cruises previously I was confident I would get the same excellent service; and I was not to be disappointed. From my initial booking request with Lucy to dropping the car off at the 'yard' with Mark it was a simple smooth process; in fact the drop off was outside their normal hours of business with Mark going out of his way to accommodate my request.
On our return we were met by a smiling, polite P4C representative who ensured we were happy with our car before our onward journey.
Will we use P4C again? Without hesitation their pricing is extremely competitive and their staff most courteous.
A wholehearted thank you to both Lucy and Mark for all their help and consideration; both an excellent example of how to interact with customers.

Thank you all at Parking4Cruises

My husband and I have used Parking4Cruises a number of times now; since reading about the service they offer.

In March 2019 we used them again for parking, whilst we were on a P&O Ventura cruise. On all previous cruises we have used 'P4C' we have sailed out of Ocean Terminal at Southampton and therefore know the procedure inside out...….but this latest cruise was out of the Mayflower Terminal. Whilst we had kind of mentally worked out what the procedure for this different terminal would be for parking based on past experiences; we pinged off an email to the P4C Office seeking clarification. A response was promptly received back, confirming our thoughts.

On the day of dropping off our car; having dropped my husband David off, who has mobility issues and our luggage too at the Terminal; I proceeded to the Short Term Car Park, to check our car in. It was piddling down with rain at this point in time; so it was really pleasing to have the member of staff checking us in, tell me to stay inside the car whilst he took the usual external photographs, rather than get soaked waiting out in the rain. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

On returning back to Southampton, our car was ready in the same car park we had dropped it off at, awaiting our collection etc.


Great service and very competitive prices (various options of standard services). 5 Star rating!

Parking 4 Cruises

We have used Parking4Cruises many times, always excellent service and hassle free. We will definitely be using them again.

First Time

This was the first time that I had used Parking4Cruises and I must admit that the service was excellent and will certainly use them again.

My only criticism is that I had the "Premium" service where there was supposed to be a "Vehicle spray down on pickup day" which did not happen and neither did "Help loading luggage on collection"

I have now used parking 4 cruises 3 times and the service they give is excellent I would have no worries in recommending them to everyone my car has been taken care of wonderfully and I go off and enjoy my cruise

Exactly as they said it would be

Excellent communications, thorough handover, efficient collection service, and just a 30 second walk from the cruise terminal. Best of all - less than half the price of what we had been paying for previous long term paring arrangements - we saved £197 on a 35 night cruise. Highly recommend this facility and service.

First time have used the service and therefore a little apprehensive. However, service was simple and easy to use. Text message on day of departure and collection were reassuring. Staff extremely pleasant and explained how the car would be parked and how far away it would (3m).
Will certainly use again next time when cruising.

Long duration cruise

Having booked a cruise with P& O cruises to the USA and Caribbean we decided to use Parking 4 Cruises (P4C), at Southampton. The initial booking was straight forward and found their price for the 35 nights cruise competitive. Electronic communications were very good once booked. Arriving at Southampton instructions for leaving our vehicle and later collection from a local short term car park(well sign posted), was not complicated. The vehicle was initially checked over and receipt given. The on site staff were most helpful and any of my queries were answered ( being a first time user of P4C).
Based on my experience I have no problem recommending this company and will certainly consider using them again.

Excellent service

From start to finish the whole experience was faultless. The booking process was easy, very friendly staff to help you when we arrive at the cruise terminal and departure after our cruise couldn't have been easier. Thank You and see you again soon.

Excellent service, once again!

We have been using Parking for Cruises for several years now. Very organised and polite staff with no hassle booking. Appreciate the text correspondence prior to parking and collecting car. Will keep on using.
