Excellent service

As always, excellent service. I would always recommend to everyone cruising from Southampton.

Excellent hassle free service

We've used Parking4cruises twice now and the service has been excellent. It's very simple to book, the instructions provided are clear, and the car handover and collection is hassle free. Handover and collection take only a few minutes each. The convenience and service is excellent.

Always first class

Forget about company's recommend by the cruise lines, this is just as good and cheaper.
The only difference is that you have to drive your car to the short stay car park, normaly just over the road from the ship after you drop of your cases.
The collection is just the same as the other dearer company's, in fact it is easier as you do not have to want in a queue for your keys , as they are waiting for you at your car.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
Would highly recommend.

Can't fault this service. Accommodated our one way cruise in May. Dropped off at parking depot because no cruises that day. They opened depot that day just for us. Early morning at the cruise terminal short term parking on arrival. Many thanks.

Easy Peasy

This is the second time we have used Parking4Cruises and just like the first time, it was really easy and problem-free. On the day we were going away we received an automated text message and was told to respond to it with the word 'PARK' when we were approx. 30 mins away. We dropped our suitcases by the cruise ship and then left our car with the operators in the short-term car park. They photographed our car and gave us a receipt. When we returned from our cruise, the car was already waiting for us in the short term car park again. The operators are really friendly and cheerful and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent service

I was a little apprehensive about my first trip to Southampton to join a cruise. Where’s the terminal, what to do with the car etc. It turned out the parking bit was straightforward. After telling the port traffic marshall’s that I was with Parking4Cruises and dropping off the cases with the wife, I was directed to the location in the car park where they were waiting for me.
The whole process of leaving and picking up the car was easy. Will definitely use again if joining in Southampton.

Have used a few times,used three weeks ago will be using on future cruises.

1st time, but won't be the last

We normally leave the car with relations nearby, but they were away this time so we used Parking4Cruises, and must say, it is so simple. Dropped wife and luggage at terminal and drove across to car park. Handed in car and keys easy. Photos and mileage recorded. On return they check which quay you dock at and deliver the car within about 100 meters. Hand back is just as simple and you can then take the car to arrivals to pick up your baggage. From getting off ship to leaving port with loaded car and wife less than 30 mins. What's not to like!

Cruise Parking

After talking to other passengers who had used Parking4Cruises we decided to try them. We were very satisfied with the excellent service.
We've parked previously for many years with CPS as well as various hotels. In future we will be using Parking4Cruises they are cheaper than CPS but this does not reflect in the service they provide.

This is the third time we have used Parking4Cruises and have no hesitation in recommending them to all our friends. Hand in at the departure quay is simple with photos and mileage recorded. On return they check which quay you dock at and deliver the car within about 100 meters. Handback is simple and you can then take the car to arrivals to pick up your baggage.

Good Service

Easy on line process. Competitive pricing. Dropped baggage off at Southampton Cruise terminal. Then parked car up on car park where we we received a friendly greeting. Then walked to terminal about three minutes. Away. On return arrived at different terminal and car was waiting ready, again only short distance walk. Good all round service, would use again.
