Perfect!

Fantastic services, right from booking down to pick up at the end. Excellent prices. Excellent communication. Our driver was waiting for us when we first arrived to drop our car off, and I saw our car arrive from our ship window ready to go home! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again. I give these a 5 star dropping off and collecting my car was effortless, polite helpful and extremely organised. Although I was not happy to get my valet that I had paid for.

Great service

We received a text from the company about 30 minutes before we were due to arrive, and we replied confirming our time of arrival. Arrived at Southampton. Met the agent, who took all my booking details and made a comprehensive video of our car, as well as the mileage. This took about 15 minutes. The agent was very professional and polite.
On our return, we received a text confirming our car was ready for collection. We met the agent, and again, very polite and professional, who took us to our car, asked us to completely look over the vehicle and check for any damage, ( there wasn’t any ), and check the mileage as well.
The company also cleaned the car ready for our arrival back.

An excellent service, very professional and keen prices as well. We have used this company before and will again. Very highly recommended.

Great parking

This is the second time we have used Parking 4 cruises the first time we went to the ocean terminal my husband dropped me off with the luggage and drove round to the short car park which was well easy to be found, the second time we were at the mayflower terminal which again was really easy to find staff waiting ready to take our car and also on the return everything was great. We have booked again for August 2025. Can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent Service

Used this service for the first time recently and were very impressed. Everything worked as detailed - we received a text on the morning of departure and found the member of staff in the short stay car park who was helpful unloading our luggage. On return we found the staff member who again helped with our luggage which we appreciated. Both people were friendly and we’d certainly use this company again.

Parking for Cunard Cruise

Very efficient, was met in the short stay carpark by a pleasant staff member. Handover was easy , photos taken and mileage recorded. Only a short walk to the cruise terminal. Our car was waiting for us in the same carpark, washed and cleaned inside, as we requested. No complaints at all. Not sure about the text when 30 minutes from the terminal, as 2 days later I had a text saying they could not find by booking, after we handed the car over.

This is the 3rd time we have used Parking4cruises a great service & easy to use, will we use them again, without a doubt a good honest & reliable service

Superb from start to finish

Easy to find Parking 4cruises van in short stay- big flag next to it. 2 minutes walk to terminal. The gentleman even knew we’d be returning to a different terminal ( I didn’t)
On return to Southampton it took exactly 5 mins from walking the gangplank to unlocking our car. Incredible.
Would highly recommend.
A friend recommended them to us and we weren’t disappointed!

Excellent service

We usually use a different parking company but they were full. We were concerned about trying somewhere new, but the service we received was excellent so our worries were unfounded.
We dropped our luggage at the terminal and popped over to leave our car in the short stay car park across the road. P4C were waiting for us and they checked the car over, logged the mileage and we handed the keys over. Our car was back in the short stay car park before 7am when we returned. The gentleman waiting for us was helpful and courteous.
We cannot fault the service at all.
We are due to cruise again next year and P4C are now our first choice!

Excellent Experience

We recently used Parking4Cruises for the first time.

Having texted we were 30 minutes away, we were met at the car park by a charming member of staff, who completed the hand-over promptly.

Arriving back, we had paid a small premium to ensure an early getaway and, one again, were met by a charming and helpful member of staff. We were on our way within a few minutes.

We shall definitely try and use Parking4Cruises next time we sail from Southampton.

Excellent Service

I used Parking4Cruises for the first time, and found it to be an excellent efficient service. Parked up and handed the keys over at 10.25 on the day of our cruise. By 10.50 I was sitting in the bar on the cruise ship having a coffee. We disembarked at 8.25 on our return, by 8.45, we were on the road home. Drop off and pick up was very convenient to our dock where the ship was. I would use them again.

Straightforward and efficient

Was easy to book online. The texting system worked well both for drop off and collection with a nice early text on the morning of arrival into Southampton. Handover was fast and polite both times. Have now used twice. Good value compared with others in the market.
