Stress free parking service !

Found the whole booking process very straightforward, there was availability unlike other sites. Communications on the day of the cruise were exactly as stated, and the staff were welcoming on arrival. On return, I received a text saying the vehicle was ready early, so was waiting for us when we came from the terminal. Will happily use this service again

As expected

Having used this service on several occasions, I knew to expect a slick operation for parking and retrieving our car - I was not disappointed. I confess to mild amusement watching the CPS users wheeling their luggage further than we did and then joining a long queue to get their keys whilst we had no queue and drove off.
Why would you pay significantly more and walk further to join a queue to get your car back?

Port parking with Parking4Cruises

I have been using Parking4Cruises for several years now and I find them very professional and polite.I can highly recommend them.Their service is excellent and well organised.You park your car at the cruise terminal and take your cases out of the car,then drive to the short stay car park which is approximately 2 to 300 yards away.You will see them in the corner of the car park,they will have a blue and white flag flying.They will take photos of your car so that you are satisfied with what they have taken,you then hand them your keys and go straight to the cruise terminal to board your ship.On your return just walk to the short stay car park pick your car keys up and drive away.I always have self disembarkation and get off the ship as soon as clearance has been granted,usually at approximately 7 am.My car has always been ready for me and never had to wait for it.We have just got off the Britannia and again no trouble at all,we have further cruises booked and we are again parking with Parking4 Cruises,happy sailing,Jeff Rumbelow.

Easy, cheap and convenient!

Such a good price compared to other companies. I was worried the parking would be a little far away compared to the official parking (CPS at Southampton) but it wasn't at all. Such an easy process. wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Excellent friendly service. Took the stress out of the start / finish of our cruise.

Convenient

Drop off and collection really easy, friendly staff. Knocked off one star as I’d booked premium but the car hadn’t been washed down as expected so there was caked on poop. Other than that good value for money.

Absolutely the best… very helpful and efficient staff, car was dropped off exactly at the right time and was there upon our return, off the ship at 8am in the car and home by 10am - great service - 2nd time of using and would recommend thoroughly, we will definitely use again. Thanks

Another successful event.

Everything ran smoothly as usual. Regular contact by text on day of departure and the car was parked opposite the ship to allow easy baggage transfer prior to parking. All the documentation was accurate and I had a short walk to the port and embarkation. All contact was by phone to Lucy who made the necessary booking. On disembarkation, I received an early morning text to state that the car was ready for collection. On this particular cruise, it was very convenient as we arrived at a different berth. Excellent service many thanks.

Excellent service

Booked with parking 4 cruises for our July Norwegian trip . Drive to short stay car park directly next to ship. Hand over keys, vehicle checked and photographed, mileage taken. Walk over and board ! To collect.. depart ship, walk across to car park, literally 2 minutes. Meet driver, get in car and drive off. How much simpler can it get ! Brilliant..
