Excellent!

Have used APH many times at various airports but not at the Cruise Terminal in Southampton. Excellent service, good clear instructions, not actual Meet & Greet, but only 20/30 yards to walk to park and collect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use again

Excellent Company

We travelle to Southampton on 10th November 2014 to board Oriana. We had been recommended to this company as efficient and competitive. e advised the personel 1/2 hour before we arrived and were met by two young ladies who were efficient friendly and a pleasure to hand our cars to. They photographed the vehicles and noted any sligfht marks. On returning today we found our car easily, gthe man with the keys worked hard to get evrone away quickly and was very helpful. We thoroughly reccommend this company and will most certainly use them again. They really are very good and very competitive.

Can't remember how many times I have used this business but yet again after my cruise on Aurora I feel I must write to say how pleased I was with their service. Drop off & pick up were just fine & the price is much cheaper than CPS>

First class

First time we had used them and we were a bit apprehensive. Need not have worried. Handover at Southampton was very smooth. When we arrived back very friendly staff were waiting for us and escorted us to our car. We had always used CPS before but for a 25 day cruise they wanted £252 while Parking4cruises were £128. It was a no brainer especially with the service we received.

What. A Great Find

Just returned from our cruise on Aventure of the Seas.I am happy to say the meet and greet service exceeded my expectations and at a great price.Meet and Greet service was quick efficient and friendly and only a few metres from checkin.Would definitely use this company again.

Fantastic service from start to finish, staff where polite and informative.
Have already recommended them to fellow cruisers and will be using them again, for our 2014 xmas cruise and 2015 cruises.

Great service

Recently used this service at Southampton. Had booked a package with hotel (Holiday Inn) and Stress Free Parking through RAC and APH. Although I was given an incorrect phone number by APH, once I was in touch with Parking4Cruises everything was excellent. They were waiting for me on arrival and the car was back waiting for me as soon as I got off the ship. Highly recommended.

Excellent service

Completely trouble free and fast. Very courteous staff at the Ocean Terminal. We didn't even have to speak to anyone when we arrived back, just 'phoned the number on the card and listened to the automated message and our car was waiting for us after disembarking and crossing the road to the car park directly outside the terminal doors. We were handed our keys and off we went! Excellent. Received a discount card for future bookings.

Excellent Service

Have not used this company before but will certainly do so again. The drop-off and collect service is just so convenient located as it is in the short term car park adjacent to our ship's berth. And one of the staff (Edward) was so helpful when I realised I had accidentally left my mobile phone in the car after I had boarded my ship. He held my car back from being transferred to their off site car park and therefore I was able to collect my phone for use on the cruise. Highly competitive price over the alternatives too, and the my car was clear and tidy on its return. Thoroughly recommended.

Awesome service experience

Used the service for the first time. I used the service after a recommendation from one of my close friend. And I am happy to say that the service was good and efficient, keep it up guys!

Like some other review it was the first time I had used this company and was apprehensive about it from reading some of the reviews. I can really say that this company is outstanding from beginning to end. Discount card on pick-up. Will use again.

Waiting for us when we arrived at the port and the car and staff were there waiting for us when we departed the ship. I had requested a time to collect the car and then decided we wanted to leave earlier. I phoned them and they had the car waiting for my new requested time. Friendly people and will definitely be using these again. Very highly recommended. Made our parking experience hassle free.

5 Star Service

First time to use this company and was a bit nervous. I needn't have worried.
Staff were waiting and very courteous. Mileage was logged and photos were taken of car to log any existing damage.
All done and dusted within 5 mins.
On return, car was waiting, didn't even have to phone. They made sure the car was checked for damage, (there was none of course).
Less than 2 miles on the clock.
Will definitely use again.

Very Pleased

Staff ready & waiting at the terminal after a brief phone call to inform when we would arrive (earlier than we had anticipated but no problem). Disembarkation also earlier than we had thought, again, no problem, our car was ready & waiting. Would use again & recommend.

We were a little nervous about leaving our new car for two weeks especially with recent reports of long stay parking leaving cars on housing estates etc...but no problems with this company...excellent, courteous, reassuring staff. No need to worry

Never used a parking company before so was very apprehensive, but there was no need, the drop off and pick up went so smoothly. I will definatly be using them again and would recommend them
