17-25 September 2016 - Ocean Terminal

Like several others who have left reviews, my husband and I have used Parking4Cruises a number of times now. Normally my husband does the checking in process, but he had a bad back the day we arrived at Ocean Terminal (17 September), so I did it this time. My husband told me exactly what to do and what to expect......it happened exactly. The process took minutes including them taking photos of the cars exterior prior to hand over of keys.

On arrival back at Southampton's Ocean Terminal, once we had found our bags and left the terminal building it took us precisely 5 minutes to get keys, load bags and be depart car park.........Great Service, yet again!

Parking4Cruises is an excellent choice. Extremely helpful staff, plus very easy to find after being directed to Dock 4 by Security Staff at Dock 10. If you come to the car park, look for the Transit Van with a flag.

Quick end efficient handover of the car on arrival. Same on collection by friendly staff (despite the pouring rain when we arrived back). Price was competitive. Would definitely recommend them

Was booked with company by my travel agent. A little worried as we had not used this type of parking service before and some have had bad press. The service could not have been better. On arrival greeted in friendly efficient manner. Car photographed and mileage noted. On return car waiting with same friendly efficient staff. Very pleased with the service and will use again. P4C provided a good service, but with a mobility scooter to take into account, it would have been useful if the car had been collected from baggage offload during embarkation.

Parking at Southampton docks
