Just like to say how happy I was with the service I recieved after leaving my car with you recently. I will be honest and have to give you 4 stars rather than 5 as I did try ringing the mobile number on my card when we arrived back and nobody answered, I did try a couple of times and let it ring quite a while. My concern was that we had arrived back in a different terminal, but after finding a landline number there was an answer machine message on it saying that the car would be at the right terminal. It was just that on the card given to us when we left it tell you to ring the mobile number when arriving back in port.
Otherwise staff very friendly.

I have now used Parking4Cruises 3 times and each time the service has been absolutely fantastic. This time they charged my electric car meaning I could drive off with a full battery and not have to worry about charging on the way home. I will definitely use them again and have no hestiation in recommending them to everyone else.

Routine and efficient
I’ve used Parking4Cruises for around four years now. Put simply, it is cheaper than other services and it works. There has never been any occasion but they have been expecting me, on departures and on arrivals. (In fact on our last trip on ORIANA we were told we would be disembarking late - and that was before we got on board). Cheerful staff and easy process to deposit car and collect. I will keep using them.

This was my first time using your company and I could not be more satisfied the staff that greeted us were very polite and helpful I am in a wheelchair and the park was quite a walk so one of the staff run me and my wife back to the terminal I will be recommending your service to all my friends the service on our return was just the same faultless service

We have used this service several times and have always found it to be efficient and well organized. We have always been met as we arrived and watched as our car has been carefully checked and the mileage recorded. On our return the car has always been waiting for us and I shall be using ‘Parking 4 Cruises again on our next trip.

Was a bit apprhensive of using Parking4cruises not having used them before but they were great prompt and very polite and helpful. Took pictures of the car an the mileage and when it was returned there were only 5 miles added. One little thing was that when I replied to the text when we returned it sent an automated text back saying we have no record of your booking, but when we called them they said they were waiting in the short stay car park just outside the terminal. Will be using them again next year especially with the 5% discount

Hi the text that you get on return is to say the your car is in the short stay car park , you do not have to text back to that just leave the ship when ever you are ready and head to the short stay car park
