Perfect as always

Been using Parking4cruises for some years and always find the service perfect in everyway. Always polite, friendly and efficient. They always taken careful note of any existing damage to the car with lots of photos so there can be no issues on picking up, not that I have ever suffered any damage whilst in their hands.
Have already booked next cruise with them.

Easy process for acceptance of Vehicle.

You get confirmation when you book.
Reminder a few days prior to start of parking.
Print you label and leave in car.
Morning of embarkation a text with information on where your ship is docked.
Drop off your luggage at the cruise terminal.
Go to Parking4cruises representative in short stay car park who will photograph the car and take you key as well as confirming milage. You will get a ticket to retrieve the car at disembarkation. Board your ship

BACK FROM YOUR CRUISE.
Get luggage from ship to drop off at terminal.
Walk to short stay car park.
Present receipt and ensure milage and car condition are OK, collect key and return to terminal with car to pick up luggage.

No problems, book again for your next cruise.

Great service

We were informed by text all the way through. So at every point of drop off and pick up we knew what to do. It was so easy. And staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely use them in the future.

Simple and Efficient

Only the second time we’ve used Parking4Cruises and both times we’ve found it so easy to use. It definitely makes life easier dropping cases at berth and then driving to short stay car park to hand over the car. Similarly, once disembarked, you are back to car and away very quickly.

As always a great reliable service. You know your car is safe and are kept informed every step of the way. Will be using again soon.

Excellent

As always, service was excellent. On arrival our car was checked, photos taken and we left it fully confident that it would be safe. On our return we received a text at 6.52am to say it was ready and waiting, and when we disembarked, slightly later than anticipated as we had been delayed by a medical emergency, we walked straight to it and were on our way within a few minutes. Both members of staff involved were friendly and helpful.

An early return

We were booked on a back-to-back cruise, but had to leave the ship on the turn round day in Southampton. No problem for P4C after the ship had been in touch, the car was waiting for uss. Well done

Smooth start to our cruise

Our first experience with Parking4Cruises at Southampton was surprisingly quick and smooth, and the early text on our return was reassuring. I would definitely recommend them.

Parking for our cruise

We have used Parking4cruises a couple of times and they are always professional, timely and cheerful. Will be using again very soon.

Not bad

This is the 1st time I've been on a cruise and therefore the 1st time I've used Parking4Cruises. To an extent, I was impressed considering the cruise was running 2 hours late.

But....being in a wheelchair, I found it was a long trip to the ship and to the car park on getting back. We were also told that they would try and charge the electric car while we were away but that wasn't done.

So..3-4 stars from me on this one. Not sure if I'll use them again or try someone else.

Excellent service once again

I have used parking4cruises several times over the past few years, most recently in April 2022. As ever they provide excellent service, with friendly and helpful staff. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and its 5* service.

I've used Parking4Cruises several times now but this is the first time since cruising resumed and ..... nothing has changed. Still friendly staff and very easy process. Nearest short stay after dropping luggage and nearest short stay after collecting luggage on return. Will I continue to use? Most certainly.
