We have used this company many times now without any issues.
Once booked the process is simple.
You will receive a text on embarkation morning and all you have to do is reply when you are 30 minutes away.
They are usually based in one of the short stay car parks and easy to find. How far away from the ship will depend on which terminal I suppose, but at the most a short walk across from the ship. Once you have dropped your luggage off drive to the short stay car park where someone will be waiting for you to take your keys. A note will be made of your mileage and photographs taken of your vehicle.
You will receive another text on disembarkation morning to confirm your car is waiting for you. A signature is required to confirm you are satisfied your vehicle is as you left it.
Depending on which service you booked your car may also have had a spray down and/or assistance with luggage provided.
All staff we have encountered have been both polite and professional.
NB When using their website I always have to scroll up/down as it looks like a blank page until you do.

Cruise to Fjords

Sailed from Southampton. Parking was easy and literally 100 yards from terminal. 5/5 no problem.

Simples!

Really efficient operation. Text them when you're half an hour away...drop luggage...go to short term car park for drop off. 2 weeks later, pick up car. Parking made easy!

First Time User

This was the first time I'd used this company, so with some trepidation, we arrived at the port, finding the drop off was not made easy, due to a competitor taking over the drop off zone.

Once I'd been guided to the parking area by a port official, what could be easier. Photos were taken of the car, mileage noted and we were wished on our way. A 100meter walk to the terminal to complete the various checks and board, about 20 minutes all told. Now I know what is what, this time will be halved.

On return we received a text confirming the car was ready, I collected the car, completed the visual check insisted upon by the representative of Parking4Cruises, return to the pickup area, loaded up and on our way.

Couldn't have easier, I will definitely be using this service again.

Cruise parking

I would definitely recommend this company for your cruise parking in Southampton.
The booking system is easy and self explanatory.
I was contacted the day before to confirm details including departure terminal and asking for a rough idea of arrival time,on departure day the drop of point had changed slightly so they informed me of that.
The handover process was very good,a very polite young man checked the car over took lot's of photos and logged the millage before I signed and as we were coming into a different terminal gave me a plan of where my car would be.
The drop off point was less than 30 seconds walk from the terminal.i

On return from the cruise we could see our car from our balcony before getting off, again it was only minute from the terminal exit,
A very helpful lady asked me to check the car over and confirm the millage which was 7 more than drop off as their compound is about 3 miles from the port, before signing that all was correct.

This is a great service at a great price and will definitely use Parking4Cruises again

Parking at Southampton Dock

Very efficient in dropping off and picking up.
We were a little concerned as drop off was in one cruise terminal and collection from another.
But there was no need to worry.
Good, cheerful, and efficient service resulting in a pleasant parking experience. (Increasingly rare these days!)

Have used this service several times. Easy way to leave the car when departing on a cruise and to collect the car on the return. Never had a problem. Staff always friendly.

1st cruise

I booked with Parking4Cruises after seeing comments on 2 Facebook cruise forums. Good price and absolutely faultless process and service. Drop off was 2 mins from the terminal, pick up more or less the same but from a different terminal. Suitable communications received throughout. Car checked before and after and photos taken to confirm no damage. Would definitely use again and 100% recommend.

Cruise 16th August

Overall impressed with the personal service, we did however have a bit of a glitch which got us off to a bad start. Arrived in plenty of time using the satnav instructions but the Gate number on the instructions was wrong hence a long frustrating delay in another cruise parking line at Gate 4 instead of Gate 8. We double checked with security on entering the gate and they said we were fine as there was only 1 ship in that day. They clearly didn't see the Parking4 cruises notice on our dashboard.

Parking praise

Arrived at the Southampton terminal to board my cruise and the parking provided by P4C was a breeze. You are directed to the short stay car park & greeted by a pleasant & courteous representative who checks the car over. Photos are taken for mutual assurance, your key is collected and you will be provided with a return instructions card and that’s it, job done. Seamless, efficient and pretty reasonable value for money. This was the first time we have used P4C and will no doubt use again next year.

We have just returned from a cruise and collected our car from Southampton.

I just wanted to pass how impressed I was with the service.

On dropping off the car the lady was extremely pleasant and it was a very easy process. The text we received prior to drop off gave clear instructions and made finding the location simple. We had already dropped our bags off at the terminal and it was a short walk to being our holiday.

On our return, again the text message was simple and clear so we knew exactly what to do. We also received a phone call which explained exactly where to go to collect our car.

As the ship docked at a different terminal to the departure one, most other guests had to be coached back to the original terminal, whereas our car was waiting right outside. This was a first class personal delivery service.

Again the gentleman who met us and handed back our keys was extremely polite and very friendly. He seemed very happy in his job and this showed in his attitude.

Thank you so much for such a great service. I will be recommending parking4cruises to our friends and anyone we meet on future cruises.

I am due on another cruise in December and will definitely be booking with you.

Fantastic Company

We used parking4cruises for the first time recently, purely based on the excellent reviews we read, and we cannot agree with them more!

The website is really easy to book, and the service provided from start to finish is excellent. The drop off point in the short stay car park is literally across the road from where you drop your bags, 1-2 minute walk at most where your car is photographed and keys taken.
A text message early in the morning on return day to confirm your car is ready for collection and where , couldn’t be better. The car was clean and damage free.
Staff are really polite, friendly and helpful, and made the start and end of our fabulous cruise as seamless as the holiday itself.

We will definitely use this company again and wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Fabulous service and great value for money.
