Excellent service

First time and the service was excellent - great instructions, arrived at the port, dropped off the cases, drove about 100 yards to the short stay car park where the representative greeted me by name (having quickly ID`d the car!). Simple handover, photo`s taken, job done. Received text on the morning of arrival back. Phoned to say we were coming off using the early disembarkation and our car was ready to collect at 7.15 am - perfect! We`d left the port by 7.45am.
Staff gentleman was very personable, explained the process, and I thoroughly recommend the company.

Excellent Service

First time we've used Parking4Cruises and found the service excellent. Convenient drop-off and pick-up right opposite the terminal. The text messages on drop-off and pick-up days made the process easy, and photos of the car and noting of mileage was very reassuring. Polite and friendly staff and competitive prices too. Will definitely use this service again, highly recommended.

Highly reccomend

We have used this company pre covid so booked with them again as always satisfied with the price and service. This time when we parked we left an item in the car and didn't realise until on the cruise ship. We contacted them and explained this and they retrieved the bag from the car and gave it to the cruise ship for us so we had it for the holiday. Would highly reccomend and I will be booking again with them next year.

Easy Peasy

Provided you can find your ship then you will have found Parking 4Cruises as they are adjacent to the berth. Just drop off your cases for the porters to load on the conveyor-ship then drive into the adjacent car park and a quick process of handing car and keys over . Then stroll back into cruise reception and the holiday starts.
No waiting for the 'bus every 15 minutes' or 'just a short shuttle drive to the ship'

Worked like a dream car picked up and dropped off for our return! My only downside comment would be directions when arriving should read drive to terminal where you find the short stay car park! Otherwise all good

We have used this company many times now without any issues.
Once booked the process is simple.
You will receive a text on embarkation morning and all you have to do is reply when you are 30 minutes away.
They are usually based in one of the short stay car parks and easy to find. How far away from the ship will depend on which terminal I suppose, but at the most a short walk across from the ship. Once you have dropped your luggage off drive to the short stay car park where someone will be waiting for you to take your keys. A note will be made of your mileage and photographs taken of your vehicle.
You will receive another text on disembarkation morning to confirm your car is waiting for you. A signature is required to confirm you are satisfied your vehicle is as you left it.
Depending on which service you booked your car may also have had a spray down and/or assistance with luggage provided.
All staff we have encountered have been both polite and professional.
NB When using their website I always have to scroll up/down as it looks like a blank page until you do.

Cruise to Fjords

Sailed from Southampton. Parking was easy and literally 100 yards from terminal. 5/5 no problem.

Really efficient operation. Text them when you're half an hour away...drop luggage...go to short term car park for drop off. 2 weeks later, pick up car. Parking made easy!

First Time User

This was the first time I'd used this company, so with some trepidation, we arrived at the port, finding the drop off was not made easy, due to a competitor taking over the drop off zone.

Once I'd been guided to the parking area by a port official, what could be easier. Photos were taken of the car, mileage noted and we were wished on our way. A 100meter walk to the terminal to complete the various checks and board, about 20 minutes all told. Now I know what is what, this time will be halved.

On return we received a text confirming the car was ready, I collected the car, completed the visual check insisted upon by the representative of Parking4Cruises, return to the pickup area, loaded up and on our way.

Couldn't have easier, I will definitely be using this service again.
