Fast, easy pick up and drop off. Great guys to speak to at the drop off/collection point. Super efficient. I was kept up to date with everything that was going on. Couldn’t ask for more. Fab service. Fab bunch of fellas!

Quick to change
Unfortunately due to a medical emergency we had to disembark at a different location in Southampton. We were therefore concerned that our car would be in the wrong location. Well done P4Cruises as they ensured this didn’t happen and we were on our way home in double quick time. Wii definitely use them in the future.

Very well-organised. Everything happens exactly as it should. The text service on the day is faultless and works like clockwork. Takes all the pressure off. Easy to find the 'check-in station' at the Ocean Terminal. We will be back again in December. Thank you.

Excellent - again!
Can't fault the team and the service. Text messages exactly as promised both on arrival and subsequent departure. I timed it badly on arrival as 3 cars arrived straight ahead of me but the wait was minimal and I was kept updated as to how things were going, no more than 5 minutes to see me on my way. Car was ready on return and the handover was easy both times. Already looking at when we will be using them again .

Parking and hand over on arrival no problems and car was waiting when we disembarked.
Small problem booking with payment system but left a number to call and received a prompt
reply, payment issues resolved in a quick and friendly manner.
Will continue to use this service for future cruises

BRILLIANT
Having used Parking4Cruises before, again we were not disappointed. Straight into the short stay car park at Mayflower terminal, trolleys available to help with the cases, swift professional service, on our way within 5 minutes.
Our returning cruise terminal was switched, but our car was waiting for us. Again, a quick check over, signature and we were on our way back home.
Once again real nice people doing the job, awesome service.
We'll be back.

We used this service in October for an msc cruise. There were issues with payment not being taken on line, but were able to use PayPal no problem. It was easy to follow instructions and the guy was waiting for us to collect the car. All fine and ready when we collected.

October 2022 Island Princess parking
Arrived and was met by the Parking4Crusies rep, no queues and I was on my way to the terminal within 10 minutes. On return our car could be viewed from the ship and on collection it was a 10 minute process.
We have used this company on many cruises and we have not been let down yet. Great service.
