Quality Service

Excellent service throughout - from booking, via text service prior to arrival at port. Easy to find in short term car park near the ship. Literally within a stone's throw of the cruise terminal. Car was ready to collect early on arrival day. Staff were freezing cold but very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

Superb service - once again

I can really only repeat my previous review for Parking4Cruises:
The standard of service, efficiency, communications and professionalism of the company remain tip-top! They offer excellent value and a personal 5 star service.
I continue to recommend them to friends and family sailing from Southampton and indeed will be using them for a cruise over Christmas and New Year.

Friendly and efficient service.Arrived back to very cold frosty weather but pleased to say car had started ok and was ready and waiting for us on our return.

Cunard cruise parking

We have used the service of Parking4cruises 4 times now and their service has always been perfect. We self disembark so leave the ship, this time Queen Victoria, about 7.15 and we know our car is ready since we had received their text message. The car is moved off site but the round trip is only about 6 miles so I am fine with that.

Recommended

Used for the first time for our recent cruise on Iona, following recommendation from friends. Service was exactly as expected. Easy to book, reminders sent in advance of holiday, with confirmation texts the day before boarding and again on the morning of arrival back into southampton. Easy to find in car park next to the ship, with no queuing. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be using them again when we book our next cruise.

Perfect parking

The parking provided was perfect. Great comms from text messages, it's a well organised operation. Located in a corner of the short stay car park, it was easy to leave the car and walk over to the departure point. The guy working there was helpful and chatty, explaining how it works. He took pictures of the car exterior and noted the mileage. On return, the car was waiting in same area of the short stay car park. After a quick check all was OK and a signature, we got the keys and were on our way home.
In summary, a very good service at a good price.

Very pleased

We parked for 27 nights ending on 10th December and everything was exactly as promised, a very professional service and much less expensive than CPS. We arrived back in minus 3 degrees, but because the car had been driven a couple of miles to return to the port it was beautifully warm and defrosted. I'd certainly use parking4cruises again.

Iona parking

Great service, easy to park and collect. Would recommend them to any who need parking for a cruise from Southampton. Have used them many times.

Parking 4 Cruises

Used for the first time at Southampton and will definitely use again. Towards the end of cruise there was a switch of berthing terminal but this caused no problems whatsoever. A friendly and very efficient service

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Just returned on the 2nd December and the service from Parking 4 Cruises was as usual excellent, we can't recommend them enough. Very reliable and trustworthy. Back again in January and would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent Service as usual

Used Parking4Cruises several times and recent service excellent. Short stay car park short walk to terminal. car photographed on departure and ready and waiting on return.
Friendly staff all in just what is needed at a better price than other companies.
Terminal 10 at Southampton they are situated at the far corner of the car park and could have done with a bigger flag as I went to the one in the middle of the car park which was another company!

Can't fault the service

Have used Parking4Cruises many times and will continue to do so.
Simple drop off close to departure terminal.
Car was ready on my return.
Time for disembarkation to being in my car was less than 1o minutes

I would just say that the parking4cruises is a smooth way to go. Texts, phone calls to confirm arrival, friendly efficient service on arrival and also up on collection too….highly recommend

I have used parking4 cruises a few times now from the on line booking till dropping the the car off and picking car up after the cruise, was faultless. The staff are very professional and polite, will definitely be using again

First time for us.

We used Parking4cruises on the 12 Nov at Mayflower Terminal.Excellent service.It was quicker than using transfer buses.Good system with texts for arrival and pickup.Are booked again for January.
