We have been using Parking 4 Cruises for many years, and have again just used their services.

Great Service

Fourth time we have used parking 4 cruises. Always good service with text before arriving and text to say car is ready for collection before disembarking.

Superb service - every time!

On our return from our Christmas and New Year cruise, I can really only repeat my previous reviews for Parking4Cruises:
The standard of service, efficiency, communications and professionalism of the company remain tip-top! They offer excellent value and a personal 5 star service.
I continue to recommend them to friends and family sailing from Southampton. Will be using them again in May (if not before!)

Reliable Friendly Service

We must have used Parking4Cruises about ten times up to now. We have always found them very reliable and helpful. The car is received and photographed very swiftly on arrival and a receipt handed to us. We usually walk off ships as early as possible with our luggage but the car is always there in the car park ready to meet us. Very happy to recommend Parking4Cruises.

Ventura 5th January 23

Good morning, Just a couple of things that spoilt our return to Southampton. Firstly we were wrongly directed to the car park on our return. We ended up pushing our 2 heavvy trolleys down the road on which cars and trucks were travelling trying to find the correct carpark. In the end my husband had to leave me and go to find the car. Following this inorder to reach me and our luggage he had to serve across the road to the wrong side and load the luggage with the hazards on. The car was therefore facing the wrong way and we had to fight our way back into heavy traffic. Secondly, we thought out car should have been rinsed before pick up. The windscreen was covered in bird pooh.

A good & reliable service

We have been using parking4cruises for a number of years & continue to use them as the booking process is simple to use, the Web site is easy to negotiate & the pricing is reasonable. The actual Meet & Greet also works well, a call to them when your 30 minutes out letting then know your approximate time of arrival & just hand the keys over after dropping off the luggage. On your return you get a text to let you know your car is ready for collection, when you arrive to collect your car your keys are handed back to you & your away. I wish all transactions were as as simple & reliable as this one.

No hassle parking

Excellent service. On arrival, drop bags at terminal, drive 100yds to short stay car park, hand over car. On return, walk to short stay car park and pick up car. No fuss and cheaper than ABP or CPS. Will definately use again.

No problems

We were advised by text that our car was waiting for us a Mayflower Terminal, Southampton just before 7am. The short stay car park was just across from the terminal exit. Less than 10 mins from disembarking we were on our journey home. Always used parking4 cruises and would very happily recommend.

Our second time using this company and I really cant find fault, our arrival terminal was changed but they already knew that, got the texts on the way tot he docks and as the ship docked, done all the bits and bobs and everything was spot on, I will continue to use this company until they do something to upset me,,,,,,,so pleased I recommended our travelling them to our travelling companions and they also used them,,,

Parking for our cruise

The communication was excellent but the only glip was the berth number on the paperwork was incorrect, luckily the gate house staff knew where we needed to go. Overall the service was great and the morning we arrived back at Southampton we received a text message that our car was ready and it was, excellent service.
