Brilliant again

Brilliant service again from this friendly team. Excellent communication and it’s so easy. Pull into the drop off point by the terminal doors, leave my wife and our bags. Drive across the road to the short stay car park where a friendly team member is waiting for you. Walk a minute or so back to the drop off point,get bags and wife! and get on board. Reverse procedure when disembark. Could not be smoother or easier. Great value too. Used many times now

Great Parking

We have just got off Sky Princess (Saturday 16th November).We have been using Parking4Cruises for a few years now,some times twice a year.We have always found their staff to be very friendly and polite and helpful.All you do is when you arrive at the berth you are sailing from,drive your car to the short stay car park were you will be greeted by their friendly staff.They will then take photos of your car for your security,then you will hand over your keys and walk over to board the ship.On your arrival back to Southampton you will get a text from them letting you know that your car is ready to be picked up.When you have got off the ship just walk over to the short stay car park again and you will be handed your keys to drive your car back home.We have never had to wait for our car to be delivered on our return.I can definitely recommend Parking4Cruises and also their parking fees are very good.Happy Sailing,Jeff Rumbelow.

Such a seamless process dropping off the car opposite the ship.
Friendly staff are welcoming and efficient in both the booking-in / handover and being there to greet you back home.

Port is very busy

We found the port area very busy and it was not easy to find directions. We eventually found the correct area where we were met by a very helpful agent who informed us we could have dropped our bags off first. This hadn't been obvious but perhaps our error in not being aware. The chap helped with getting trolleys for us to take luggage across to drop off. He was efficient in checking our car and taking photos of any existing marks. Our return day was easy too with the car waiting for us. Communications from Parking4Cruises has been excellent from the day of booking to the day of return. My only concern was the difficulty in finding the correct area so a larger flag is needed.

Smooth Operator

First time we've used Parking4Cruises because our usual provider was fully booked. Simple booking process, good communication and instructions. Easy car drop off and pick up with no waiting about. Everything went smoothly.

Parking at dock

We have now used parking4cruises twice and cannot fault them. We self disembark very early but most we’ve had to wait for our car is 5/10 mins. Would recommend to anyone. In fact we’ve given the details to 3 passengers onboard Arcadia last week.

Efficient Service

First time I.ve used parking4cruises but it won't be the last. Really impressed with your efficient and friendly staff. So handy for the cruise terminal. Great stuff. 👍

Have used parking for cruises a few times now and never any problems,easy to find, excellent communication when arriving at port and when we dock at end of cruise. Staff always friendly and helpfull.

Great Service

We've used this company 4 times now and have been over the moon with them. The ease of dropping the car off is great. The staff are always very friendly and they talk you through the drop off and pick up process each time. I had to amend my booking so I emailed them and they sent me a new parking voucher a few days later. Really pleased with the service. I wouldn't hesitate using Parking4crusies again!

A stress free way to start/end your cruise.

First class service

The service provided was excellent. We were running late due to traffic congestion and the operator at the parking facility waited late for us to arrive and helped us negotiate the last part of the journey.
The parking facility was a walking distance away from where MSC Cruises were moored up. Very swift transfer process on arrival and departure.
