Great Parking Service!

This was the first time we used Parking for Cruises and it was the best service for leaving your car and picking it up, they let you know well in advance so there is no confusion. Also very competitive prices!

Good convenient drop off near terminal. Company managed to juggle one of my bookings when I had to cancel a cruise. Will always be my first port of call.

Once again an excellent experience with P4C. Good communication beforehand and on the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. This was especially so after picking up the car as we had left an item on the ship and had to return to the port to collect it. Staff extremely helpful. Pricing also extremely competitive. Have already booked to use P4C on our next cruise and will do so in the future.

It was so easy to park my car no problem at all

Great service but poor after service

Brilliant service at a good price, however on returning I noticed mark on on wheel arch and was told someone would be in touch but 5 days later have heard nothing. Although it was nothing major, I wouldn’t like to think what would happen if it had been.
Check in and out was excellent though.

Parking 4Cruises offers and excellent service. Just unload your bags and go and park in the short stay car park where you are greeted by friendly and helpful people.
Then just a short walk to your ship.

Perfect Meet and Greet

An excellent and easy service for cruise parking in Southampton. Drop your bags off and drive the short distance to the short term car park, where they will be waiting for you. Your car will be ready for you on your return. Now used Parking4Cruises several times. Highly recommend.

Perfect as ever.

I highly rate Parking4Cruise and they are my immediate go to for cruise parking in Southampton.
Competitive with their pricing but the service they deliver is the main reason I use them. Also everyone of the staff I have interacted with have been so friendly and helpful.
Booking is easy, drop off complete with good communication from their team takes the whole stress away from parking and boarding the ship.
Collection day is simple and if there is a berth change then you don’t have the hassle of being coached back to the original terminal, Parking4Cruises bring the car to you.
The last time this happened we were in our car and off home before the first coach was loaded, also there was a massive queue of others awaiting their transfer.

Just back from my cruise used parking for cruises this is my 4 time can't fault them. Staff excellent very helpful. Picked up car all ok as usual checked mileage it as only done 6 miles so car park is not to far away. If you want a good car parking company this is the one for you. Cruise Parking Made Easy

On dropping off our luggage at the Cruise Terminal, my wife and I did experience minor difficulty in finding the exact car parking location for Parking4Cruise. However, once found we were greeted by a friendly, professional team, who talked us through the procedure of the drop-off and collection of our car. Once done we walked a short distance to the cruise terminal office to check in, feeling relaxed that Parking4Cruise had made our cruise parking an easy task. Our pickup of the car was as good as the drop-off.

Easy and Efficient

The booking process online was easy however due to an error with my phone number (my fault) I didn’t get a message on the day. I arrived at the short stay car park and the attendant was waiting for us. He corrected the contact details and was very efficient and friendly. The whole process was smooth and seamless. Collecting the car was easy too. We went straight to the designated area and our car was waiting for us. The mileage matched up and the car in good order. 1st time using this type of service - we have heard of some horror stories! I would recommend this company as I believe they are bona fide company. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service

From booking to communication to dropping the car off the service was fab. On arrival at the port the car was photographed and any marks agreed we then headed off to our cruise. On arrival we had a text about 7am to say the car was ready and having collected the car from the nice friendly female staff member we were soon on our way. I'm very happy to highly recommend parking 4 cruises we will use again in May 24.

Great service

The P4C team could not have made this easier. Arrive at port, park car, board ship. On arrival leave ship, cross road to P4C parking. Team member greets and hands over key....drive away. No fuss, no worries. A great way to end a cruise.
