Excellent system

Excellent…..
This is the fourth time we have used Parking4Cruises and to be honest I don’t know why anyone would use any other system or company. Texted us in the morning to say they were expecting us, drove into terminal baggage drop off, then into the short stay car park immediately opposite terminal …P4C staff there waiting and recognised car reg, checked car, took photo and keys and we strolled the few yards to the terminal .
On return another text saying car was there waiting, strolled a few yards to shirt stay , picked up car nd then picked up baggage and t off home…..
It’s slick and reasonably priced and to be honest we wouldn’t dream of using anything else 🤷🏻‍♀️

Excellent service

Worked really well dropping off the car, so close to the Port Terminal. And easy to collect back on arrival.
The only difficulty I had in the beginning when I first made the booking, was calling. Line is always busy. So contacting by email was the best way.

Dropped off the car at the short stay right next to the embarkation area, picked up at the same place. Very quick and easy, would recommend.

As first time cruises we were unsure what to do best for parking but we were so pleased we used parking4cruises. Excellent service, friendly staff regular texts and so close to the ship. Would 100% use again.

Excellent servise

Excellent service being kept informed of the chaos surrounding the return of the Arcadia from its world Cruise. We were kept informed by the company of the delays to boarding for the follow up cruise on which we were booked, and its knock on effect of getting into the port to hand over the vehicle for Parking. Well done saved a lot of hassle.
Car collection on return was perfect.

In the past I had used other companys for a lot higher prices, but I booked with Parking4Cruising with only weeks to go, and then have to change my details as I changed cars. The service I received was great, the staff very friendly and made sure to reassure me about what happens as I returned back into the UK. When we did return I received a text that my car was already for collection while I was having breakfast so there was no delay like I had with a certain well know recommended service. One final note on the milage from when I dropped it off to collecting my car again. there was less miles added than using the other service. I will certainly be using you again on our next cruise. Thank you to all your staff it was a dream to use your service.

1st time

Always used another parking company before but after reading reviews I decided to give parking4cruises a try. Everything was as they said it would be. A text message on the morning of my cruise, I replied to let them know I was approx 30mins away. Dropped off my luggage at terminal, drove to short stay car park, they photographed my car and recorded the mileage. I handed over the key and off I went. On arrival back the car was waiting, they asked me to check it, sign for it, got my key and off I went. Great service and at a good price.

Great price, convenient location, prompt service

Really competitive price compared to other options at Ocean terminal. Easy to drop bags off then proceed to drop off point. Staff very friendly , explained the process of photographing the car, taking mileage and providing receipt explaining the pick up process. On arrival back into Southampton received a text saying car was available and after disembarking picked up the vehicle without issue and was in the road very quickly.

I have used p4c a number of times and each time I can not fault them I have already booked in for my next cruise in Sept
