Excellent service, all went smoothly. Dropped off luggage at terminal then parked at short stay which was 2 mins walk. Very friendly and helpful staff Return same, nice and easy. Fully recommended this company.

Excellent service

Used Parking4cruises for the first time on 20th May 2023 and they were excellent. The communication from booking right through to collecting the car was superb. So easy dropping off and collecting and the staff were great. Would definitely recommend them.

Directions in Southampton clear, dropped bags then parked car. Only a couple of minutes walk to the terminal. On return text received around 7 o'clock saying car ready to pick up. As we neared our car a member of staff approached us to check details then went to collect the keys. He helped us load the luggage.
All very easy and staff friendly. Would definitely use them again

Can't praise them enough, cheaper than p&o, so close to boarding terminal,car always there when we disembark and never had any trouble with condition of car on picking it up.

Effortless Parking

We received a text on the morning of our departure with instructions on how to drop off the car and the postcode. Despite being stuck in traffic in Southampton for over 2 hours prior to our cruise, due to a customs operation on an arriving MSC ship, the car drop off and parking was pure simplicity. We were able to pull up to the P&O terminal and park up briefly to drop our gold bags. We then drove to the short stay immediately adjacent to the terminal to drop off our car. The staff were really helpful and lots of photos were taken of the car. We left it with them and within a couple of minutes we’re in the terminal. We got a text on the morning of our arrival saying the car was ready for collection and all was good. We collected the car and were away within 5 minutes. Again the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again. Great price too!

All surprisingly easy with efficient, friendly staff onsite to help.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Parking directions spot on, person was by dockside to guide process after I received an email 30 minutes before arrival. Car was photographed and taken and receipt issued.
I was emailed on my return and foud parking person easily, car keys handed over. All staff polite and effient. Very good value, less than half cost of other company on site.
Nothing to fault.

1st time user

After I booked was slightly apprehensive as to what my experience would be. Need not have worried as everything went so smoothly.
Arrived at short term car park and their staff were waiting for me. We both took photos of car just in case of any future damage to car.
On return car was waiting for me. Plenty time given for me to examine car and check mileage.
All was fine. Nothing more to pay and therefore left without hassle.
Gladly use them again.

Easy cruise parking

I’ve used parking4 cruises several times now , have always found them helpful and very reasonable. They check and take photos and mileage of your car before you leave. Very short distance from the cruise ship as well.
Always have the car back waiting for you when you return.

Well organised and easy instructions to follow both prior to and on arrival at the port on departure day.
Just as good on return from our cruise.

Does exactly what it says on the tin

This wasn't the first time I've used Parking4Cruises, and I don't expect it to be the last. They were waiting for me when I dropped the car off and again when I collected it (from a different terminal). Service was friendly and pleasant, and easy walking distance from the terminal building. They did exactly what I needed them to do, and at a price which was around 65% of the quotes I got from the other main operators.
