Excellent service

Sailed from Southampton . Car drop off and same collection point convenient to the cruise terminal .Excellent swift service , reasonably priced .

All round great

First time I have used this service And it will not be my last .
Firstly in my original booking I gave a wrong date to leave which was spotted by the parking office who rang me to query my date and corrected it.
The parking itself was very easy and the car was waiting for me on my return and the walk from the terminal was just a few minutes.
Photos were taken of my vehicle all round which is very efficient.All round great service

Nearly Perfect

The only reason for not four stars is that I had a question to ask and called the mobile on the website which is supposed to be 24/7 which was not answered and nobody called back. I then tried the office number on the website which was not answered and nobody called back. I got hold of a second mobile number which also rang out and was not answered but this lady did call back a couple of days later! The communication and customer service needs to improve. My car was filthy when it was returned.
The other thing is that it is not always easy to locate them in the short stay car park. When you are pushing a trolley full of suitcases this is frustrating. Other companies are located far closer to the entrance to the car park.

We have used parking4cruises many times and they always provide a great service we will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone wishing to leave their car with them for their cruise in Southampton.

Used for first time on our recent cruise from Southampton. Good friendly service. Easy process on both drop off and collection. Would definitively use again, but would pay the bit extra for the valet service included as the car was quite dirty outside on collection.

Same easy service

Having managed to get a second trip this year we had no hesitation in booking P4C again. As previously their team made the whole process easy, and took the worry of where to park and how to move luggage to the embarkation terminal out of our hands. Many thanks to all the P4C team we dealt with.

Very easy

Such an easy process. Drop passengers and luggage, take car across road to short stay car park, leave with friendly staff and then across road to check in. At end of week cruise exit terminal, cross road and pick up car from friendly staff. If I cruise in the future I would happily use parking4cruises again

Great team

I again booked my parking at Southampton for a two week cruise this month with Parking4Cruises. Having dropped off my luggage first in similar lanes to everyone else I turned into the adjacent short term car park to hand over my car and have pictures and mileage taken. Very friendly team and a short walk back to the terminal building.
A text at 7am on return day said the car was ready and I was self checking off so was on the road by 7.30am before the school runs and onto the motorway. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service

From, booking online, the information and guidance leading up to parking with simple instructions and then picking up the vehicle after the cruise was exceptional.
This is the second time I’ve used parking4cruises and will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent service, all went smoothly. Dropped off luggage at terminal then parked at short stay which was 2 mins walk. Very friendly and helpful staff Return same, nice and easy. Fully recommended this company.

Excellent service

Used Parking4cruises for the first time on 20th May 2023 and they were excellent. The communication from booking right through to collecting the car was superb. So easy dropping off and collecting and the staff were great. Would definitely recommend them.
