Excellent

Very good service kept in touch during our journey. Car was waiting on our return with advice from their employer on how to miss the rush hour traffic.

Parking Southampton

Extremely happy with the recent parking process at the docks. Very local to ship, dropped suitcases off en route to remote parking and called me when back in S'ton, so easy to find car in disabled parking. Could not be easier. Some concerns about car valeting as this has been paid for on next trip in July/August so will see if it happens.

No valeting though paid for.

No problem with the parking side of things, the staff were helpful and friendly.
However I paid for a full valet which was never done. The company has not answered my complaint yet which will probably end up kn the small claims court.

5star Service

Couldn’t fault the service we had from parking 4 cruises . We were met by a friendly employee about 200 metres from the ship where we had parked our car .He checked it wrote down our mileage and helped us fetch our cases out of the car. On our arrival back to Southampton we had a text to say our car was ready and as we were disembarking ourselves we were off the ship and on our way home within about 15mins . No long queues to wait for our car like some other companies. Another big plus was it was about £50 cheaper than CPS and I have used both companies but it will definitely be Parking 4 cruises in the future . Excellent service !

We used Parking4Cruises in June 2023 and it was faultless, easy to drop off with an exceptionally courteous attendant, car was ready when we returned, and again handover was faultless

Booked this very late as had forgotten to book parking in advance, & have to say was a bit sceptical, but how wrong was I… what a great service! Easy directions, friendly welcome, felt reassured & car waiting in short stay car park on return. Would throughly recommend & wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Thank you

Excellent - could not fault it!

Friendly staff, parking location right in front of the ship in short stay car park.

On collection, we got off the ship pre 7AM, and was no hassle to arrange for our car to be brought promptly and be there waiting for us.

First ever cruise and the parking was so straight forward. We could actually see our vehicle from our balcony on our return. Will be using again in the future! Great 👍

Cruise Parking 27/5/23

Excellent service, very easy, I would use this service again without hesitation. Excellent prices. We strolled past customers who had used an alternative provider, their cars were not there, there was a mix up with keys. No such issues here. Well done and thanks.

First class service.

My wife and I have used Parking 4 Cruises for many years and the service experience has always been first class. We have never experienced any problems and we have recommended them to many friends and family. Looking forward to booking again when we cruise next time from Southampton.

Very smooth service

We used the service last week, it all went very well. Drop off process was very straightforward, it took under 5 mins and only a very short walk back to the terminal. The car was ready when we cleared baggage reclaim. We were on the road within 10 minutes clearing customs.

I can’t fault parking4cruises they were brilliant. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Regular updates and information pre cruise and once we landed back in Southampton. I would definitely use the service again and I would highly recommend.

I had no problems at all with initially the booking process and then on the day of the cruise leaving my car with the lady at Southampton..
When the cruise was over even though we came in at a different dock I found my car easily .

Used Parking4Cruises for the first time recently, fantastic service. Staff waiting at the short stay car park on arrival to our terminal, we received a texts at the start and end of our holiday to let us know that staff were waiting for us.

The staff at the car park were fantastic, very friendly and helpful.
