Very easy to use, in fact one of the easiest I have used over the years. No problems at all, staff were very good, very polite and car was ready when expected. Would use again.

Texts arrived promptly for port arrival & pickup on return as described in literature.
Car was photographed & mileage recorded.
On return, the agent even gave traffic advice & recommended leaving directions to avoid crashes/hold ups on the various roads out of Southampton. Will use again.

We’ve used Parking4Cruises on numerous occasions and their services is always first class. Communication is excellent from the initial booking to receiving a text on our return informing us that our car is ready for collection. Also competitively priced so wouldn’t use anyone else.

Excellent Service

I can’t fault the service I received recently by young man waiting for me at the car drop off point. I was totally stressed out with the traffic getting to the terminal and by the unhelpful guy when I arrived at the drop off point for my disabled husband & suitcases. He was very kind and helped me to calm down. Thank you for such a great service. I will defiantly book with you for our cruise next year.

Excellent service

I booked with Parking4cruises as CPS was fully booked. I wondered whether it would be a less satisfactory experience, but that was not to be. The booking process was simple and on the day, the parking experience was excellent. Their messaging was clear and prompt at both ends of the cruise. They carefully photographed the car and it was waiting for us at the end of the cruise. I would definitely recommend them for future occasions.

Very Efficient & Friendly Service

Easy to find. Nice and friendly chap. Quick, Professional and thorough, taking photos of car before and after. Car was available from 6am on our return day - brilliant! Would highly recommend and will be using every time we cruise from Southampton.

Brilliant

I’ve used Parking4Cruises on several occasions.I’ve it been let down at. They are efficient at both ends of cruise. Their texts are clear and prompt. The staff are polite and courteous. Last year I had to cancel at the last minute (Covid!). My booking was transferred to this year as soon as I knew when my replacement cruise was to be. No fuss, no difficulties, no penalties. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent faultless service

Very impressed with both arrival and departure of our cruise parking. Car thoroughly checked over on arrival at the short stay carpark right by near the ship. They took milage and explained the car would be taken to a secure unit 4 miles away. Text message day of coming back to port. Quick and easy to pick up our car. The attendant even told us about local traffic jams to help out onward journey.

Initially booked with them as CPS was way more expensive and also fully booked! But will use again without even looking for alternatives

I can highly recommend this parking service in Southampton. Everything was handled very easily and efficiently, and with great communication; the Parking4cruises rep was friendly and helpful. My car was stored securely during our cruise and waiting for us when we returned. All this and a very competitive price; having discovered this company I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I have used Parking 4 Cruises on numerous occasions. The way they operate is excellent. Drive to the car park VERY near the ship and leave your vehicle with an awaiting rep. On return the vehicle is always there nice and early enabling you to get on the road before traffic builds up.
Have NEVER had anything to criticise this company for.

Affordable, hassle feee & secure

Parking 4 cruises was a lot better value than others and definitely cheaper than paying for the long stay car park. A full check of the car’s condition is done with you when you drop the vehicle off and photos & mileage taken. The car was ready and waiting for me when I disembarked from my cruise.
Only thing I’d change is the colour of the flag in the car park - the parking ‘badge’ has a blue theme so I was looking for a blue flag when I dropped the car off. It was actually a purple flag. Really not a big deal though!!

Was ok but a bit strange upon collection

I was expecting this service to be outside the terminal as we paid for meet and greet, but it was a few minutes walk from the terminal to drop the car off. A bit mislead, as mum and I have mobility difficulties.
Service was efficient and friendly.
Upon collection, there was a large handwritten note across my steering wheel to read 'don't touch the window'. I have absolutely no idea what this meant or who wrote it. The lady who we got the keys from had no idea either. Very strange and this was an expensive parking service. Not too happy to be honest. I'd like an explanation what this note was for and who wrote it etc.

Great service

We arranged parking for a recent cruise from Southampton. Easy process from start to finish, including the online booking. We dropped the car off in the short term car park very close to the cruise terminal where a representative was waiting.
On our return the car was ready and available for collection. The whole process was well organised and hassle free.
We will use again and thoroughly recommend.

Southampton parking

Excellent service from making the booking until we picked car up after our cruise. Representing was waiting as promised to take car, process very easy and informative. Collection of car also very easy as it was waiting for when we disembarked. Totally recommend this company and will be using them again in future. Thank you.
