Worked really well

Parking arrangements were just as advised. Flag a little hard to locate on return amongst others but found it and attendant was top class. Allow little time on arrival for all the photos to be taken.

We got to gate 4, after following the instructions provided by Parking4Cruises, and followed the signs to the short stay car park, which was just outside the big fenced-off long stay one. We were unsure if we were in the right place at first, but saw a guy in a high vis and it turned out to be a member of the Parking4Cruises team - so they were really helpfully placed. There was also a Parking4Cruises banner a bit further down.

I put the printed off badge on our dashboard, and they talked us through the process of collecting the car when we got back. They also took lots of pictures of the car, to document its condition, and told us that it would be taken to their secure compound (about 5 miles down the road). They were really polite.

When we got back we walked over to where we had dropped the car off and someone was waiting for us there, who was also very polite and helpful.
I'd use them again definitely, and they were also cheaper than the other car parks. It was so stress free.

Fab service

We booked parking4cruises for the first time. We arrived and were met by a lovely lady who took us through the process. From start to finish the service was faultless the only stumbling block was the “text half an hour before “ didn’t work but we needn’t have worried they were ready and waiting and the same when the ship docked in the way back. We’ve just booked again for our October cruise with a 5% added bonus discount. Excellent service provided 👍

Good value, very reliable

We have used parking4cruises for a number of years and have never had any problems. We have left from one cruise terminal and returned to another one, our car has always been there. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will certainly keep using them . Our car has never had any marks when we picked it up and are very good value.

Car parking at Southampton cruise terminal with Parking4Cruises

I have been parking my car with Parking4Cruises for the last 10 years at Southampton cruise terminals.Their service is first class and very professional, they keep in touch with you all the time when dropping your car off,then again when picking your car up after your cruise.I always book for early pick up because I use the self disembarkation,and my car is always waiting for me.I have never had to wait for my car to be delivered.I can certainly recommend Parking 4Cruises,to any one who needs port parking.I have just got back on 7th July 23 and I have already booked again for March 24,and will definitely be using again on further cruises.

Texts arrived promptly for port arrival & pickup on return as described in literature.
Car was photographed & mileage recorded.
On return, the agent even gave traffic advice & recommended leaving directions to avoid crashes/hold ups on the various roads out of Southampton. Will use again.

Excellent Service

I can’t fault the service I received recently by young man waiting for me at the car drop off point. I was totally stressed out with the traffic getting to the terminal and by the unhelpful guy when I arrived at the drop off point for my disabled husband & suitcases. He was very kind and helped me to calm down. Thank you for such a great service. I will defiantly book with you for our cruise next year.
