Excellent service from drop off to collection of vehicle, will definitely be using them again if sailing from Southampton

Easy and efficient

I would recommend this service to anyone taking a cruise out of Southampton
Easy to book, h you text them 30 minutes before you arrive, hand over and collection took no more than 5 minutes each time, they were easy to locate in the short stay car park, literally a two minute walk from the arrival/ departure terminal
The cost was approximately £100 less then quoted by arrival company
Even have a discount code to use next time! Which hopefully will be soon !

Stress free parking

Simple and stress free service. It's the 2nd time we've used Parking 4Cruises and would definitely use again. Easy booking process, greeted by friendly and efficient staff both at drop off and collection. Great communication and information on both departure and return days. Faultless. Have recommended the company to colleagues, friends and family.

Port Parking

Friendly greeting in short stay car park, quick check of car, photos all round including mileage.
Car waiting on return to Southampton, again friendly greeting from staff. Given keys and good to go.
Excellent communications from company from start to finish. Competitive pricing, much cheaper than cruise company recommendation!!

Excellent Service

We have used Parking 4cruises many times and always found them friendly, professional and extremely efficient. We will continue to use them in the future. We know our car is safe and will be waiting for us just over the road from the berth.

Couldn't be better

Everything worked exactly as described in the web page. The rep who collected and delivered our car was friendly and professional. I can't think of how this service could be better. Highly recommended.

Great Service

We dropped off our luggage first, then drove about 200m to the short stay carpark where the rep was waiting next to the Parking4cruises flag. He took photos of car and recorded the mileage, we handed over the keys and we walked back across the road to embark. Couldn't be easier, and the price is more competitive than other well known cruise parking companies at Southampton docks. We received a text on the morning of our arrival back at Southampton to say our car was ready and waiting. We collected without any problems, and next time we book, we get a 5% discount.
Highly recommend. Good, friendly, professional service.

We used Parking4Crusing with PO cruise ship Britannia on 23rd June. Excellent service from start to finish. We received a text to give us details on the day we were leaving asking roughly what time we would be at the port. On arrival we followed the flag to the team members and the key was handed in and we were give a card. On the morning of arrival back in port we received a text to say where our car was. Once we got off the ship we had a short walk to the area port.and our car was waiting there. Staff were really friendly. Would definately use again when parking in Southampton

Excellent first time experience

Can't fault our first time experience.
Easy to book, and all instructions were very clear.
So easy to drop off bags at the terminal and drive the very short distance to the short term car park opposite.
Staff were courteous and professional.
Very short walk back to the terminal to board the ship.
Upon return everything went to plan.
We were 100% satisfied. Well done!

5* Service

Very efficient service right from the start of the booking to picking up after a wonderful cruise.
Great communication throughout, sending us texts instructions and keeping us updated.
Would definitely recommend. We will be using them again next year and also much cheaper than CPS.

Easy walking distance from short-stay car parks to terminal buildings plus bags can be dropped off first.
