Southampton Cruise July

I don't often write reviews, but had to leave one for this excellent service. I was a little nervous when due to late booking of a cruise, we couldn't use the usual company. We found PARKING4CRUISES excellent, from the on line booking, dropping off and picking up of our car. We certainly intend to use PARKING4CRUISES in the future.

Excellent, efficient service

Dropped the car for a P&O Cruise. all very easy and very close to terminal. On day of pick up received text to say car was ready, walked off ship and was driving home within 15 mins. All very efficient.

Superb service, highly recommend

Cannot fault the service from Parking4cruises at all. All communications were clear & easy to follow, texts were received in good time as promised. The member of staff who dealt with us when we dropped the car off was friendly & professional, photographed all round the car & recorded the mileage, explaining how the service would work & what we needed to do on our return.
We we arrived back the car was ready & waiting 2 hours before we could disembark & again the staff were friendly & helpful.
We will definitely use Parking4cruises again in the future & highly recommend them to anyone sailing from Southampton.

Great service

The booking process was very easy. The communication from the team was first class and the handling team at the terminal were very professional, and customer service they delivered was excellent.

When driving so far to go on holiday and leave your car in someone’s hands is quite a worry Parking4Cruisies delivered their commitments without flaw and with great customer focus. Worth every penny.

I use parking for cruises every time I sail from Southampton and once again on my recent cruise the service was perfect. This time I introduced my Son and Grandson to Parking for Cruises and they also were very happy with the service.

Didn’t worry

Hi. I was initially unsure to use a meet and greet service. When we arrived the guy took our mileage down and photographed the outside of the vehicle. This made me confident that if there had been any damage both parties would be sure who was at fault. The car was there on time at pick up. It’s a great service and would definitely use them again.

We can’t fault parking 4 cruises. The whole process was so easy from start to finish. Easy to drop the car off and it was there waiting for us when we sailed into port to come home.

First time customer. Both the booking process and the drop off and collection were straight forward. The dock was very busy with 5000+ passengers but the instructions given were clear and simple. Definitely recommend this service.
