Excellent service

Excellent friendly service - car ready for pick up when we arrived - no delays in getting keys and no hassle of having to find the car in a park of thousands!

Have parked with Parking4cruises at Southampton three times now and find their set up far more convenient than any others I have used

Only problem was it was too far for my husband to walk to pick up the car.

It’s so easy to book on line with different options to suit everyone.
They are priced very competitively too
Drop off luggage at the terminal and then a very short drive to their point in the car park. It was a 2 minute walk back to the terminal.
Friendly staff too who make this company well worth using.

So easy

I regularly use parking4cruises. It so easy. Just turn up. Drop your car off. All takes a few minutes and that’s it. Your car is ready and waiting when you get back. The staff are so friendly as well.

Found Parking cruises after another company almost doubled their charge.
This company offered an easy and convenient service right at the cruise terminal. My car was clean and ready to collect once i received their text message. Re-booked again for next cruise.

Fantastic Service

Just returned home after using Parking4Cruises for the first time. Everything was so easy dropping off the car and picking up. Very professional and friendly company. So impressed we are using them again next month. Highly recommend

First time using this company on a cruise from Southampton and everything went very smoothly indeed. Will definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend.

Disapointing

Very impressed with the check in when we parked for our cruise from the Ocean Terminal. All went smoothly.
I'd booked a car wash for my return which hadn't been done and although pick up went smoothly I was promised a refund back on my credit card.
I have now emailed 3 times and as of yet no refund so yes Disappointing.
I would recommend that a car wash is not included when making a booking but would use this company again.

Absolutely fantastic service, we had a very last minute change of vehicle which could have been a major hassle, it was sorted out with no problems at all.
Everyone we dealt with was brilliant, friendly & professional.
Everything was so easy & stress free.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Parking4Cruises again.

Cruise parking at Southampton

Easy to book. Received a text on our morning of travel, which we replied to when we were 30 mins away. Good directions, easy to find. Car handover very quick & easy, over the road from departures. Emailed them when I found out our disembarkation time, car ready & waiting. Again good instructions, easy to find, quick key return (seemed to be only company without long queues). Would definitely use again.

Excellent cheaper alternative to CPS

Easy checkin and collection. Kept up to date by texts as promised. Cars are close to the ship but you need to walk about 100m further than CPS - although at about two thirds of the price, that really doesn't matter!! Cruising again in May next year and will definitely rebook with Parking4cruises!

Great service, no complaints

This was the 1st time we have used parking 4 cruises and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, clear instructions for drop off and pick up where given and the guy we handed it over to was friendly and again gave us a full run down of where the car was being stored and what to do when we pick it up. Great service, thank you!

Amazing service from start to finish

This was the first time I have used parking for cruises and I'll admit that I was a little apprehensive, I needn't have worried, from start to finish, the team were very professional and I will certainly be using them in the future. The attention to detail was second to none , very easy to drop off cases, then drive to well marked area of short stay to drop car off. Everything from mileage to photos were taken and I felt completely at ease leaving my car with them.. pick up was just as quick and easy . A delight to have such good customer service. Thank you
