Always a great service

PARKING4CRUISES always provide a reliable and professional service. I have left my car in their care many times. Would not use anyone else for cruise parking at Southampton

First time using this service was a bit hesitant as so much cheaper than nearby rival.

However no need to worry service and location excellent get booking.

Excellent Service

We used Parking4Cruises as CPS was fully booked. What a find. We arrived much earlier than anticipated, before our arrival text came through, but a representative was available and able to assist us. He took photos, noted mileage and gave us receipt.
When disembarking, we left ship as soon as possible but had not received message to say car was ready for pick up. A quick call to the number on receipt assured us that the car was ready and waiting.
Hand over was quick and easy, just a signature required to agree that car was in same condition as when it was left.
Staff were polite and friendly, service was excellent. Will definitely be using Parking4Cruises in future. Thank you.

Excellent service as ever

Been using this company for years and never a problem lovely friendly staff
I dropped cases at terminal and also my friend who can’t walk too far and then drove to short stay car park to park in the bay next to the company van
Two tall flags marking where they were are easily visible as I drove in
Mileage noted photos taken of all aspects of my car and leaving my key and getting a receipt I walked back short distance to terminal
Good rates per day , better the more in advance you can book

Once we worked out that dropping the luggage of first was by far the best option, the rest was excellent. From the greeting, taking photographs, recording the mileage, and saying what mileage would be on the clock on my return.
Pick was even easier, met on arrival and looked car over checked the mileage, got the keys and away we went.
In all an excellent service and value for money as the short term car park is so close to the terminal.
Will definitely use this service again if going on a princess cruise from Southampton.

Excellent Service - went like clockwork

I was a little apprehensive about using this service as this was the first time we have driven down to Southampton - in the past we have travelled down to the ship by coach.
I needn’t have worried. Everything went like clockwork - from the phone calls and texts to say we were nearing the port - to the warm and friendly greeting we received from the staff at the port. After dropping off our luggage we went into the short term car park close by - where our car was photographed, mileage taken, keys handed over- and we were then on our way to start our cruise!
On our return, we received a text to say the car was already waiting for us in the car park before we even disembarked from the ship and after collecting our luggage from the terminal we made the short walk to the short term car park where we were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our car and directed to the exits.
It couldn’t have been more straight forward. Parking 4 Cruises as a staff and a company were even praised by the other staff on the port parking as being reliable and efficient.
Thank you to all concerned. We will use you again and recommend you to others.

Brilliant service from start to finish, no hesitation in recommending them

Great Service Overall

Great service overall, I did however have difficulty finding the short stay carpark, the sat nav postcode takes you to the area which seems to cover the whole dock area, which is fairly big. I was driving up & down the wrong road, which had lots of car parks on it, there is a road that runs parallel to the road I was on thats separated by car parks & businesses, I was informed of this by person I rang for help at parking for cruises.
Once on the correct road I managed to find it after driving into several car parks & back out again as it wasn't the right one.
I think some larger advertising banners at the car park that can be seen from the road would be of benefit to future customers, and maybe a small map of the Dock area with the route to the car park drawn on, you could download it with the Parking for cruises ticket.

Once there the staff were very friendly and I was also called back by the person I rang to see if I was there.
Handing the car over was a speedy process and my car was waiting for me when I returned.

A shaky start due to getting lost in the Dock area, but the service and help I recieved was fantastic.
I would highly recommend parking for cruises and would use them again in the future.

Easy drop off and pick up

Parking for Cruises was very easy and looked after us very well. We dropped our car off in the short stay car park on the morning of our cruise and it was ready and waiting for us when we disembarked - very smooth service. The staff were really good and made sure that our car arrived and was dropped off in the same condition - we wish to extend our thanks to all concerned

Couldn't be happier with the service received on our recent cruise. Having not used the company before I was a bit nervous, however, no need to be as from start to finish there was excellent communication which was reassuring. Our car was ready and waiting when we docked back in Southampton, and as we like to get off the ship early, (7.30am) so that was perfect.
I have already recommended this company on the P&O Facebook forums and will certainly be using them again for our next cruise.

We have used this service a few times over the years. It is easy to book and amend times and dates if necessary.
We left the luggage for checking in and drove a few yards to leave the car with the representative in the short stay carpark.

On our return at a different cruise terminal we collected our luggage and walked to the short stay where we found our car. So easy!
