I can not tell.you how many times we have used Parking 4 cruises but it's a lot and every time the service has been great

Excellent hassle free service, drop off and pick up with friendly and efficient staff.

Great service.

The whole experience was excellent, can’t say we were a bit apprehensive at first but soon felt at ease when we arrived to drop off our car. Friendly staff very helpful and full inspection and photos of car were taken on arrival and we were given time to check the car over on return. The car was there waiting for us. Will definitely use this company again . Thanks.

I can't grumble at all about Parking4Cruises. A great service, professional, helpful and efficient staff, easy to follow instructions. Excellent all around. I'd highly recommend them.

Used parking for cruises a few times now always good communication, dropped car off friendly greeting, same when we returned. Will be using again on our next cruise no problem.

Everything that the parking team said would happen did and the staff were very helpful.

Not in their control but the road directions to bag drop off at Ocean Terminal were poor especially as we were in very busy cruise traffic on arrival at the port

Quick, easy, friendly service

We were able to drop the car off opposite our luggage drop at Southampton port. Port staff were very helpful and showed us exactly where to go to drop off the car. On return the car was ready and waiting. Service friendly. Car in the condition we left it in and no more miles to the clock than we had agreed to (cars are moved a short distance off site for the duration and returned early morning on last day of cruise).
As an observation - queuing much less than for the port CPS service (which is right next to parking for cruises drop/collection point) and we were packed up and away much quicker.

Excellent, efficient friendly service on drop off and collection. Good text communication to keep you updated. Will definitely use again if cruising from Southampton

Great Service

I have previously used another parking service in Southampton but, fortunately for me, they were full so I found Parking4Cruises online, filled in the relevant forms and booked the car in, complete with a wash before delivery.

It all went seamlessly; a text received in the morning that we replied to when about 30 minutes away, I dropped off the family and luggage then went to the drop off point.
A thorough inspection on handover, left the keys and off I went on my Cruise.

Coming back was just as easy; left the family and luggage by the terminal and a short walk over to the collection point where my car was ready and waiting. Nice and shiny as well, just a shame that it was raining!

I will definitely use Parking4Cruises again without a doubt.
