Southampton Cruise Parking

The service offered was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I needed to change my car details after my initial booking but it was no problem at all. Everything on the day of departure and return worked smoothly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Easy and Convenient

First time users and will definitely book again for our next cruise.
On arrival, Security saw the logo on my dashboard and we were ushered to line A that had no queues, the other lanes were quite long.
Handed over our cases then drove to the short stay car park where you look for their flag. One of their team checks your car and you give them your mileage, handover your keys and off you go. Full instructions were given for what happens on return to Southampton. Short walk to the terminal to check in.
On arrival a text was received saying my car was ready for collection. Walked over to short stay car park and met by a very friendly man. Check car, handed keys over and we were done. He even offered to load the cases for me.
Price, convenience, staff and location were excellent.

We used Parking4cruises in June and August the guys greeted us when we arrived looked over the car for ant dents or bumps checked the milage with my husband explained where they would be taking the car and explained that the car would not do more than 10 miles. When we returned we were once again greeted by the guys. We are going again in September but they are fully booked but would definitely use them again. I have recommended them to so many other cruises

A Good Choice but...

Very good company to work with but possibly caught out when Iona arrived earlier than scheduled on return. I had specifically emailed the day before and understood they were open from 06.00. Had to wait 15 minutes for car to come . Understood some staff sickness as well.

Booked the car park for the first time after reading previous reviews and competitive pricing, a lot cheaper than other quotes.
Very professional from start to finish, even though we were changed to disembark at another terminal, company aware and car was waiting for us.
Both times vehicle in short stay car park adjacent to terminals. Staff professional and friendly.
Would recommend and use again without hesitation.

Excellent Service

Returned from a Fred Olsen Cruise to the Azores on 25th August. Have used Parking4Cruises many times, always with excellent service. This trip was no exception. Everything went smoothly from dropping off the car to collecting it on return. Cannot speak too highly of the service provided and the professional and friendly way that the staff members dealt with us. Thank you for a trouble free experience.

Happy parking

I have used parking 4 cruises several times now. Drop off is easy you just go to the short term car park and are met by a driver who checks your car over and that is it. On arrival back in Southampton we always keep our luggage and leave the boat as soon as the first lot are called. We walk over to the short term car park where our car is waiting and were on our way by 8.00 clock. No hanging around. Perfect.

Excellent!

A very smooth operation at the cruise terminal. Just needed to drop the cases off at the cruise terminal and drive the short distance to the short stay car park to be met by Parking4Cruises staff. Left the car after the formalities to head for the ship. Received a text not long after returning from the cruise to say my car was ready for collection and was heading for home within the hour. An excellent service I would happily recommend!

This is the second time we have used this company. We dropped off our luggage drove to the short term car park we were met by a professional gentleman who photographed our car. Returned to the same car park we had to inspect our car then we were on our way home.

Perfect!

Having used CPS for years I must admit being nervous trying a new company, but I needn’t have worried. Everything was perfect! Booking was very easy, instructions very clear, all text messages delivered as promised, very courteous staff on arrival, and my car well taken care of. All this for half the price of the competition. Highly recommended and we will definitely use Parking 4 Cruises again! Thank you!

Cruise parking

We had a tricky time on our journey to Southampton due to a motorway stoppage of three and a half hours as a result of an accident. Your staff were brilliant in that they kept in touch with us on a regular basis for updates on the situation, they continually liaised with the ship and finally gave us a number to enable us to speak directly with the security people in charge of boarding. We eventually arrived port side with just a minute to spare, your staff could not have been better, they took our luggage from the car and put it on a trolley ready for us. We did not have to lift a finger. We cannot praise parking 4 cruises highly enough and would recommend them to anyone. From now on we would not use any other company when parking at Southampton. 12/10 well done.
