Perfect parking solution

I cannot envisage a more perfect solution to parking whilst taking a ship from Southampton. The entire experience from initial booking to driving away from the quayside two weeks later was simple, efficient, totally stress free and flawless. This company have certainly got it right. So pleasant to deal with, and we could see our car was ready for us from the ship before we were even alongside. Will definitely recommend to friends and use again. Thank you.

Brilliant service

Couldn't ask for a better service we drop car where they said and on the day we got back I got a text nice and early to say the car was ready will us again definitely.

The guy we dealt with was really helpful and even though was rushed off his feet ( he was alone and waiting for a colleague ) he told us he’d be with us as quick as he could. He then came to us dealt with us efficiently and off we went
Returned after 2 weeks text message arrived nice and early to day car was ready and there it was

Excellent service, easy to book at competitive prices, good communication on the day of drop off and pick up. Car was all ready for pick up upon our arrival just a short walk from the terminal

Excellent parking provider 5* from us!

Recently used when cruising from Southampton. Take your car to the short stay car park and parking4cruises are located by their flag. Had a text on the morning of the cruise for us to let them know when we were 30mins away so they could be sure a driver was available. Fab communication, got a text early morning as disembarking to say our car was back in the short stay car park ready for us. Seamless handover of our car, they took a video/pictures of the car on arrival and had us check over the car to say we were happy with it before handing the keys back to us on our return. Staff very polite, pleasant and wished us a good holiday. Cannot fault them & so happy to recommend, we will definitely use them again as very much cheaper than CPS who we have used previously. Just so you know, this is a meet and greet service so your car is driven away by them and stored offsite, but we honestly could not be happier with the service. Thank you so much 😊 .

Excellent service. Very easy to leave and collect vehicle. Much better price than using P&O car park!! Highly recommended.

Easy to book, easy to find at the port only a couple of minutes from the port departure area. Just a couple of minutes to drop off, after the cruise it was just as easy. Had a text early morning to say my car was waiting for me, again just an couple of minutes to pick up my car and was away home. All staff were helpful and courteous at all times, I will definitely use again.

Very easy and simple way to leave your car when sailing from Southampton.
Communication before arriving at the port and on the day we left the ship was excellent.
Very convenient, drop off bags and then park on short stay car park where we were met by a representative from Parking4Cruises, then a short walk back to the terminal.
Would gladly use again when sailing from Southampton.

Southampton Port Meet and Greet Parking

Very good communication both ways. Efficient pickup and delivery. Walk from terminal disembarkation to short stay car parking may be a disincentive to some people but we found the distance acceptable. Pricing competitive.

Excellent service, so easy to use. Booked online. Got a text in morning to reply to when approximately 30 minutes away. Dropped cases off and met at short stay carpark by one of their friendly staff. They checked car over, took our keys and we went to board ship.
On returning we had another text and our car was waiting for us, again greeted by an excellent member of staff. Couldn't fault anything, in fact their service was quicker than the other one there, where you drive straight through to (not mentioning any names). Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will definately be using them again.
