Very satisfied!

Very efficient on the phone and collecting and delivering the car! Good service!

Very slick operation

These guys took all the stress out of the parking situation.
You get a text the morning of your cruise, they check cruise times so are prepared to be there waiting, all you have to do is send a text when you’re about 30 mins away.
We went to the drop off first to leave bags then went to the car park where someone was waiting for us.
They did the rest. We didn’t need to worry.
And they were there when we got off our cruise.
All was good with the car.
I’d definitely use this company again!!!

Overall very pleased

The representative was there to meet me when I arrived at the drop off location which is minutes from the Port. My car was ready for collection on my return without any delay. My only slight complaint (otherwise I would have rated this 5) was my driver's footwell was filthy from mud which must have been on the on the delivery drivers shoes.
Overall, very happy and would use them again.

The whole process from making the booking and then needing to alter car reg to parking and finally collecting the car was seamless
This was our first time at Southampton and would definitely use again and would not hesitate in recommending

Couldn't find fault

Easy to book, easy to find, service was excellent. The car was dropped off, mileage recorded, photographs taken all round and an explanation as to exactly was going to happen to the vehicle during the period we were away. Car ready and waiting in the short stay car park on our return. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Taking everything into consideration I really don't see what changes could be made to improve the service.

Exceptional Service

We have use you for at least 6 cruises and will continue to use you in the future. Very quick and thorough check in on arrival and car is always ready to be collected on return. Staff always friendly and polite. Never had a problem with the condition of the car on return. 5 star rating is well deserved.

Parking4Cruises

Used them at Mayflower Cruise Terminal, Southampton and received a great service. Would thoroughly recommend them. From booking , drop off to pick up, it all went very smoothly. Staff were very friendly, courteous and gave us a good reassurance about leaving our car with them. We will definitely be booking with them again.

Parking with ease

We had not used Parking 4cruises before but will definitely use them again. It was so easy, just park the car, they check and take a photo and you just leave your keys and off you go on your cruise, simple.

Mayflower terminal parking

Have used CPS in the past, but they were fully booked for our latest cruise. I considered a few other companies but opted for P4C based on reviews.
I was a little anxious prior to the cruise, but I needn't have been, what an excellent service!
Text received on the morning of departure, we then were directed to the short stay carpark at Mayflower, where we were greeted, car inspected, mileage logged and we were told car would be taken to their secure compound which would put around 6 miles on clock when we got car back.
2 min walk to the terminal.
Returned to a text saying our car was ready to be collected! 2 min walk again from terminal, mileage confirmed ( just under 6 miles added) and we were asked to inspect car for any damage - the wasn't any!

Very impressed from start to finish. Will definitely use again.
