I was very happy with the service and would use again (I think it may be helpful if you could improve instructions / address to find the short term car park as I found it a bit vague )

Reliable over the many years I've used them.

Totally reliable and I have never been let down over the years I've used them. Booking is simple (even when you change car before you go), staff are human and friendly. Give them a go and I know you won't be disappointed.

PARKING Southampton September 29th

We were very impressed with the booking through to the introduction to find the park and the easy procedure when we arrived and such short distants to Ship,and the return early the following Monday was 1st class .Will us le them.now for future cruises.

Happy customer

We went on a P & O cruise this sept and used Parking 4 Cruises. We cannot praise them enough. From the easiest check in with a lovely lady who took pics and mileage of the car. She even made sure we parked away from a metal fence so we wouldn’t scratch the doors. All done in approx 10 mins. On return the exact same speed and good service. We disembarked at approx 8 am and we were on the road by 8.30. We would not hesitate to use them again when we book our next cruise.

Great Service

Fantastic service from Parking4cruises. They were at the terminal waiting for us on arrival and the car was delivered back before we got off the ship, just a short walk away. Very friendly team and professional service. We will be using again.

We have used parking4cruises several times now and every time dropping off and pick up has been very easy and professional. We will use them again.

We can not recommend Parking 4 Cruises highly enough . We had heard the horror stories of Port Parking and the high costs. I was nervous and dreaded this part of the cruise, was it a scam , was it going to be difficult?

All I can say is from start to finish it was a fabulous service. We received a text on the morning of the cruise , replied back half an hour before we arrived at the terminal . Directed to drop the luggage and back in the car to drive the very short distance to the carpark. We were met by a lovely lady who assessed the car, took the mileage and wished us a great holiday.
On returning we received another text saying our vehicle was ready for collection.
The Gentlemen waiting were polite and courteous, the mileage on the clock had approx. 6 miles added.
The price was so much less than the other port car parking companies and we will definitely be returning customers.

My only problem was finding your location in the shortstay carpark on arrival, suggest you make a video of your location for any new user of your service. Other than that everthing went smoothly and my vehicle was as good as the day I left it . Will definitely use your service for my next cruise

Better than CPS

We had to book our cruise without parking as there was no CPS space available. We came across Parking4Cruises on the web and all the reviews were good so we booked.
1. Lower cost
2 Personal service
3 No waiting in line to drop bags and have the car picked up ( last Cruise took 1 1/2 hours to queue, drop bags and get into the terminal. This time drove into the drop bag line, no waiting, drive to short stay, drop the car and then just a short walk across the short stay car park.)
4 Staff very polite and helpful
5. Car was waiting for us and we were able to drive straight out of the car park with no queues.

Excellent service - again

This was the second time we have used Parking4Cruises and the service on both occasions has been excellent. Communication with us before and on the day was faultless, taking away any stress or concern. The drop-off and collection is very efficient and quick - no fuss. Without doubt would use again.

Used your business again to park our car whilst on a 30 night cruise from Southampton. Drop off was effortless and swift. Car pick up equally so. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient.
