I CANNOT STRESS HOW PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL THIS COMPANY IS.
Leave your car with the representative in the short term car park across the road from the ship, it will be returned to the correct dock short term car park for your arrival home (even if the ship docks into a different location from the dock on embarkation).

Great Service, great value, always use them for my many cruises when sailing from Southampton

Parking

This is the first time we have used Parking 4 cruises and the service on both arrival and departure at Southampton was excellent.
However, when I originally booked I provided a landline telephone number. This meant I was unable to receive the reassuring text message on the morning of arrival. It made no difference to the parking, just my peace of mind when travelling. It would have been helpful if after I booked I had been told I needed to give a mobile number.

I would like to thank you for the top service with yourselves looking after my car whilst I was on
Anthem of the seas from the 4th till the 15th October 2023. The only complaint I would have that a few of my controls, radio etc had been altered, but other than that all great.

Excellent service

I used this meet and greet service for the first time as the main port car park was full. I dropped off my wife, who is disabled, and our luggage at the ship. I then drove the short distance to the short stay car park. After driving into the wrong one I was directed to Parking4Cruises. The banner was not that obvious. I was met by a courteous man who photographed my car and got a signature from me. It was then a short walk back to the terminal. The collection was straight forward and a little quicker as I need where I was going. After reading some horror stories of meet and greet I was impressed. I thought the cost was reasonable and would recommend them.

15 day cruise

Does exactly what is says on the tin. First class, easy to use service. Friendly staff who are super helpful. I didn't have any concerns all the time I was away. I will use them again.

Have used Parking4Cruises several times and always very efficient. Dropping off the car at the nearby car park is a quick and easy process, as is collecting the car on the return. Never had any problems and will definitely be using again for future cruises.

How incredibly easy. Port parking was full so picked Parking4Cruises from Fred Olsen Facebook recommendations. The handover was quick and straightforward, the guy was friendly and efficient and we were off to the ship before we knew it. Only concern was conflicting information as to exactly where we were to hand over. Slightly further to walk than the port parking but not a problem for us (76 year olds).The return was equally quick and efficient and friendly - half an hour after disembarking we’d collected our luggage and were driving away. Thoroughly recommend them and will certainly be our first choice in the future.

This was our 1st cruise and we were a bit worried that we didn’t get the “official “ parking. This cruise car parking company was half the price and no hassle at all. Will definitely use again. Very friendly and professional. Car waiting for us in the short stay car park when we returned, which is just a few steps from the terminal. Fantastic!

Unfortunately when I returned to collect my car, it was before 8 am and both the wind and rain were driving! As a result, I wandered around the car park for half an hour and couldn’t find anyone at all to speak to! Eventually I crossed back over the road and spoke to someone. I was directed to the correct place and your guy was actually sitting in his van waiting for me. I don’t blame him sitting on his van, but it meant he was out of sight! I did try to ring you for help but got a recorded message. I have no problem with the parking, could just have done with better instructions for collection.

I would definitely recommend this company and we would use them again. Easy online booking form, very friendly and professional staff and drivers who promptly took our van to the secure parking and delivered it to the short stay parking on our return.
