Excellent

We have used Parking4Cruises several times and always find them to be excellent. They are easy to find in the short stay car park. They check the car thoroughly, the car isn’t taken far and is always there ready to collect on our return. Would highly recommend.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up about 100 mtrs from terminal, amicable and professional hand over/back of car, photos taken.

Have already booked our space for next cruise.

We have used parking for cruises several
Times now. Never had a problem. Someone’s always there ready to help when dropping off & collecting. Nice and easy way to start you cruise.

Excellent service

Easy drop off. After leaving luggage drove to Short stay car park. Car examined & photographed, milage checked. Given a card to enable me to collect car and was advised that Ship would be returning to a different dock on her return. Return was seamless, car waiting in Mayflower Short stay car park. Helpful staff. Will use again.

Satisfied customer

Before Covid I used Parking4Cruises several times, but my recent booking was the first for a few years. I have always found the service to be excellent and competitively priced. Because of Covid I have been forced to cancel a number of bookings but they have always either refunded me or allowed me to carry forward any money paid to my next booking.

As in the past, I have been completely satisfied with their service both in terms of price and, more importantly, the efficiency of their service. Everything went like clockwork from dropping off my car to collecting it. In the past I have used the cruise company's own parking offer. this may have improved as it was some time ago but by comparison with Paking4Cruises it was a nightmare. With your company there was no mad rush to find my car in a crowded compound and then join a long queue to get out. You returned my car in a clean driveable condition (unlike my experience with the other provider when my car windows were so dirty that they had to be hosed down before I could drive it!). You checked and photographed my car when I dropped it off and repeated that process at pick-up so that we were both satisfied that there was no obvious damage.

All in all I am a happy customer and will use your service again with confidence.

Excellent as usual!

Good value & great service

Very easy to book, great value and previous great reviews were reassuring. Communication was excellent, our car was dropped off at Mayflower terminal and delivered back to Ocean terminal with no fuss. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely use parking4cruises again.

Super easy

Was worried as we usually use CPS but they had no availability.
Couldn't be easier using this company they text you in the morning and you reply to that text when you are 30 minutes away. When you get to the port you drop your bags onto the conveyer belts at the taxi/drop off lane then to your right is the short stay carpark.
Once in the short stay carpark look out for the purple parking4cruises flag as there are other companies operating in there with their own flags. They happened to be located at the end of the carpark.
Very friendly staff who check over the car, take pictures, note mileage and talk through the process. You hand over your keys and off you walk to the terminal which is a minutes walk away.

Once back from cruise had text message at 7.30 in the morning saying the car was ready to be picked up from the same carpark.

The whole process was quicker than when we went with CPS on Iona where we were stuck in their queue for ages.

They were cheaper than CPS and offer a 5% discount on a future booking with them that has no end date....no brainer will be using them from now on

Excellent service

First time we have used this company. Straightforward information in emails beforehand and texts on the day on arriving and collecting. Photo and mileage of car taken on arrival and we were asked to check the car on collection. Friendly and efficient staff, a quick process each time. Would be very happy to use them again and to recommend them.

Very reliable

Excellent service,smooth drop off and pick up at the short term car park.Only blot on their copy book was mud marks on the cills and door from drivers feet but none on the tyres which make me wonder where the mud came from.

I prefer this to CPS as you beat the queues. The guys are there to welcome you at both end and start. Considerable saving on other companies too.

We used this company for the first time recently and we found it to be extremely efficient and the staff were very helpful, both at the beginning and the end of our cruise. It was substantially less expensive than the parking company we have dealt with in the past. We will certainly use this company again and recommend it to other cruisers using Southampton Docks.

No Brainer

Just don't understand why people use other companies to look after their cars, when the parking 4 cruises service is amazing, punctual, polite, friendly and totally capable

Brilliant service

Car drop off was simple, right near the ship. Car was photographed and mileage recorded. Ship returned to a different berth a long way from the departure berth, but the car was waiting for us right nearby just as promised. Honestly couldn’t fault the service, and good value for the price compared to other car parking options.
