Excellent Service as usual

Just returned from 24 night Cruise and can confirm that the service was to the usual high standard. Easy to book on-line and I was kept informed re terminal etc both before arriving at the port and on my return.
Staff very friendly and diligent, checking car before I left it and the short stay car park is not far from the terminal.
Only a few miles on the clock so I know the secure compound is close to the terminal and I have already booked with Parking4Cruises for my next cruise. Price very reasonable for the service provided.

Parking at Southampton Ocean Cruise Terminal

Parking4cruises made it very easy from the day of arrival at Southampton Ocean Cruise Terminal to collection of my car on return of the ship back after the cruise. The cost of parking was competitive. Contact information by email and phone was accurate and helpful.

Excellent service …. Again!

Staff were friendly and helpful. My car was waiting for me when we got off the ship. The only criticism was that better signage is needed at Ocean Terminal, Southampton for your drop-off zone. After dropping our bags off at the terminal, it was difficult to find your flag at the bottom end of the car park. Other than that, I was very pleased with the parking. Better than CPS nowadays.

BRILLIANT AS ALWAYS

THIS IS THE 4th TIME THAT I HAVE BOOKED AND AS ALWAYS THE SERVICE IS 5 STAR. THE STAFF ARE THERE ON TIME AT BOTH ENDS OF THE CRUISE AND THE CAR IS RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN I LEFT IT. I HAVE RECOMMENDED YOU TO LOTS OF PEOPLE AND HOPEFULLY THEY HAVE USED YOU, AS WILL I CONTINUE TO DO SO.

Seamless service

An excellent service which was simple from start to finish. An easy booking process which was clear on the drop off and collection procedure. On the day I got the promised messages as I drove to Southampton and when I arrived the team were ready exactly where I expected them and were easy to find despite it being my first Southampton cruise.

My car was well looked after and returned to the docks to be waiting as I disembarked with a quick handover so I was back on my way home minutes after leaving the terminal.

The only fly in the ointment was a paid-for valet didn’t happen which was disappointing to find on collection however the refund was processed quickly and apologies given at the time. Despite this I would be more than happy to use the service again as it was entirely stress free both before and during my holiday.
